I am Umesh Giri from Delhi i bought a mobile phone from ebay which i got on 15th june2015 .I receieved it on 18th june 2015 when i opened it i found that phone is not working fine so i apllied for ebay guarantee claim which was rejected by ebay, ebay suggested me to talk to seller, i talked to seller he told me that kindly go to service centre and get DOA certificate on his suggestion i got DOA certificate from lava service centre then i sent it to seller then seller mailed to ebay for processing the refund on 8th july since then i am following ebay for my refund .Everytime i got a new service request no . by ebay suggesting me wait for another 4-5 days .Kindly help me in getting my refund all my details are given below.
