[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Refund Money

I order product on eBay India and getting the product, the product not working as per describe so i decide to refund the money against the product . eBay team member call me and sent it back to the seller for checking the product and then product not working fine . eBay said that we will refund your money soon you will get the money in original mode still i m not getting any refund and any message from eBay alteast eBay provide to know the status of Refund if i chat with customer service they said " Refund is in Process " I want to know when the money can be refund

I ordered "AMWAY NUTRILITE SIBERIAN GINSENG WITH GINGKO BILOBA - 100
TABLET".i am not received the product.so i requested to refund my
money.After 12 days i am not back my refund.because i order the item
17/12/14 Bloody Ebay cheating group. Cheats me well. Don't buy a
single product from Ebay here after. Totally waste of time and money
too.

I chat with the team of Ebay more than 3 time.They said to me that
your complain has been proses. we working as same thing.
Please make it as my complaint and kindly take legal action against
Ebay.in for this daytime cheating. I want my money refunded to my
account.after 1th month i will not back my refund.
