Actually i bought blackberry Z10 mobile the product was not working so i have returned as ebay gurantee policy My claim ID-652548 mobile I was raised a claim on 17 sep then it was approved on 27 sep then after the 15days gone, i mean 11october a call came from customer service they informed as due to some technical problem it will take more than 15 days to release DD.then today[protected] still i didn't receive the DD again i made call to customer service they informed again technical problem again 15day's to dispatch DD.i was felt very guilty about the service.
