i raised a claim on ebay which got approved also from ebay on 24 dec, 2016.

i have contacted the customer care twice, they said that my claim has approved and they have generated the refund.but, i hadnt got the refund back in my account i.e. the original mode of payment.
attaching a photo of banks statement which shows withdrawal of 255.75rs on19/12/16 but no deposit of 255.75rs is their till the date.please generate the refund asap.
