I have ordered product on 15 days back. I have refused to received the product and i ask for money back. But ebay people are teaching me company policies and misguiding me. I raised claim for refund but they have kept on hold. I reached out so many times they are help less. If i am asking for my money back when i have not received product then why should i wait for 20 to 25 days to get my money back. Is only ebay will have the policies customer don't have rights to do, i don't understand how the government allow to run the business like that. Just i want to ask one thing will ebay give a product to customer to use 20 days then the customer will pay the amount. Like how ebay refund policies works.
