[Resolved]  Ebay.in — refund request for item id[protected] product iphone 6 64gb

My item id[protected] and paisapay id-[protected] against which i have raised a refund request but since last 4 days i am getting no answer from your customer service team. Only answer that i get is just "sorry for the inconvenience. You will get back a call in 72 hrs". I have called about 5 times and get the same answer. So please help me out.

About my issue:

I placed an order of apple iphone 64 gb on 9th august. From 9th august on wards, the communication has been really poor from ebay. I never got any date for the delivery of the product, every time i have to follow up with you buyer or ebay customer service but they would give false assurance only. After a continuous follow up of more than 10 times finally the product was delivered to me around 7th sep (Have to look for the exact date) - almost 1 month, i believe this was not expected from me. During that time when the product was not shipped within the said time from the buyer, i asked to reject the item. But i don't why the ebay team rejected it and dispatched me the item.

Second issue, the product i received was a defective one for which i raised an issue to seller on 8th sep. The seller contacted me on 12th sep to know about the defect - again a very bad example of communication. Then again they called me on 14th sep to send the product back to the address they provided me. I sent the product back on 15th sep and as per the courier service details (Image attached) it was delivered on 18th sep (After a delivery failure on 15th sep on the said address). After the product was received at their end on the said address, there was no confirmation from them so i called them back on 19th sep. But they said it has not been delivered at their service centre but deliver at their store. So they can only give me the confirmation only when received at service centre. Then why was i not given the correct address. If during the transfer from the said address to the service the product would get damaged then who will be responsible. Due to which i raised the refund of the defective product received with ebay on 20th sep.

Third issue, i was told on 20th sep, i will get back a call from the claim team within 72 hrs (I. E., 23rd sep). But i never received a call from your side never ever. From 20th sep till 24th sep, almost 5 calls have been made from my side, but i get only one reply you will get the call within 72 hrs. It has been more than 24 hrs from the deadline provided by ebay, but no calls. So i gain called back today and i was give one more deadline of 72 hrs. Again a very bad example of communication and customer service.

Sorry to say that by placing the order to you i have done a big mistake. Everyone surrounding me told not to place order on ebay and product like this. But i ignored them saying so far i have a good experience with ebay and a company having such reputation will never be a problem. And again i was ordering a smartphone from a company renowned for its quality. But the product and services you have provided really not to the expectation and have disappointed me a lot. This gave me a good learning to not to order any product on ebay in future as you have proved me wrong in all fields - communication, delay in response.
First of all you delivered me the product after 1 month and that too a defective one. And now to resolve the issue you have taken more than 1.5 weeks (Raised on 9th sep) but till now not resolved. The communication is really poor.
Try to understand from my point, i placed the order of smartphone because i was really in the need of it as my current phone is not working properly. But you delivered a product which is even worse than my existing old one. I really have lost my patience and would not be able to wait for any longer.
So this is a big big request, kindly refund.
