Dear Sir/Madam,

I am one GTA 5 game order in your site. Paisapay is [protected].

Unfortunately seller send item is not working. and totally damaged. In
this regarding one of the claim regarding in ebay. claim id is 2657985.

But unfortunately my claim rejected by ebay. And I am more many times
contact seller. But seller is not pick my phone.

I am totally worried about in this situation. So my humble request you
please refund my hard earn money.
