Ebay.in — Regarding undelivered product after payment

I have ordered one Aquaguard RO+UV system on 10th Aug on ebay (Seller-Upanyas), and it was showing the product will be delivered within 3-5 days but still the product has not been shipped on 17th and also not any information being updated while the payment made to them that day only.
