[Resolved] Ebay.in — Rejected claim from paisapay! | |||||
I had ordered a powerbank[protected] i received junk instead. I have contacted the seller and he thinks that people from dtdc might have stolen the powerbank and filled the box with junk. The paisapay customer service is harassing me. Calling my home everyday to send an email which i already have 2-3 time. The paisa pay team is a group of harassers! They call everyday which i have told them multiple times not to. Email me. I am in us and they harrass my parents back in india. After a 2 months they asked me ship back the junk back. What do they think, we are going to save all the junk for 2 months for them to "resolve" the matter? And finally rejected my claim. Was this information helpful? | |||||
