I ordered a bag from ebay.in and it was not upto the mark in terms of quality. for the past 3 weeks m trying to contact customer care and they make me hold the line for 30 minutes and up and still do not answer the call or receive it and dont bother about the customer. I tried calling the customer call more than a hundred times and raised a claim which asked me for a proof of the item that i received.. even after i sent it from 2 email addresses, they say they didnt hear it back from me and closed the claim. claim ID 555753 How is this possible? And i tried contacting through various other means on the website itself. there is no response and from the past 11 days the seller has not tried to reply. Didnt expect this from a company like ebay.
