I bought a tempered glass for my redmi note 3, unfortunately I received a broken product.henceforth, i raised a claim on December 26th, 2016 which got approved to original mode of payment within 8 days .but no, i didn't get the refund, called ebay guys and again gave proof that I'd didn't got the refund ie my paytm passbook photos on 7january, 2016 since I was asked for proof .then I was given a time frame of 3days to solve issue, but it has already been 5days since then no response from eBay !!!give my money back!!

Called customer care, explained a lot ...issued complaint...well took about 20days ...but got back my money

Updated by VibhuSaxena Dont give me useless responses, connect to customer care ...already done that ...they keep wasting time by saying wait 72hrs .I have already provided email address, paisapay idea, product I'd, claim I'd ...what more do u want .the claim was raised on 19th December .it's already 16th January.when exactly do u think ...this problem will be resolved...and the big part is when it is solely ebay issue not even problem on sellers part????
