[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Rude eBay.com.my helpline staff

I just got off another chat with eBay.com.my helpline. Today it was Duba, with whom I have tried to get answers before. He is unhelpful, uninformed and bordering on rude. He ends conversations without asking me if the issue I have is resolved (IT WASN'T!). He is not the only poor help agent...some others have also been the same. The level of service of ebay help staff is not fit to be part of eBay group. So far I have had 1 good experience...with Kesh K. Another staff, Satish B, was even more unhelpful and also near-rude
