Ebay.in — Samsung 9000 MAH power bank not working

I had purchased a Samsung 9000 MAH power bank from ebay on 14.05.2015 ref. no.[protected]Paisa Pay ID : [protected]) which was received by me on 19.06.2015 at my place. Soon after receiving the power bank, I observed that it was not getting charged properly and getting drained very quickly. I reported this problem on customer care on 21.05.2015 ref. complaint ID – 1012430. I got refund approval sms on 22.05.2015 that my refund has been approved and will receive the draft in 15 days. However on followup after 15 days on customer care, I was told that the draft is ready and yet to be dispatched. Numerous calls to customer care has elicited similar response without any positive result. Need urgent intervention on your part, to get back my refund and redeem your esteemed reputation which you are famed for.
