[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Seller payment hold

I was a seller in ebay.in, And they hold my payment of selling items which i sold and buyers accepted delivery.They are doing this of no exact reason. when i contacted them, they are not telling any exact reason. Its about 19, 000rs Hold in ebay.I don't know why ebay doing this to their users. They also told me to send Proof of delivery and i also sent it via email.
