Ebay.in — Small time seller who was cheated by buyer with the help of eBay.

Hello Sir/Madam, My eBay ID : kathiravan7 Buyer's ID : karnatak786 Claim ID: 646181 I am Divyanathan Kathiravan... I am small time seller who used eBay.in for selling my products. I sold a product of my Samsung Galaxy Note - II (N7100) not long ago (07/09/2014), after receiving confirmation I shipped it to buyer's address. It reached the buyer on 11/09/2014 at 5.00 pm. The buyer was happy with the product so he accepted confirmation of package receiving him safely. But what happened on the next day, the buyer called he said it had some hardware problem, touch screen problem... etc. and asked me to put Rs.3000 in his personal account and threatened to raise a fake claim against me. So I told him to do so in believing that eBay wouldn't support this kind of remorse buyers. So I further complained against him of misusing of my product and explained them how is threatening me... The buyer as said opened a fake claim against me. I was a called by eBay guarantee customer respective and was told that I have shipped faulty product (they said what the buyer threatened me... the product has touch screen problems & not working properly like that)... I clearly told about my listing that I won't do refund or take return... They never listened, never let me explain anything, just told me that the buyer would reship the product and money will be returned to him.They treated me like a third class thief or a lier, and they supporting this guy who is actually doing the real thing. Now the buyer is threatening me send some junks instead of my original product. I also mentioned this to the customer representatives but they were in full support to the buyer saying the buyer will never do that. I am sure i am not only going lose Rs.13.252 + 700 eBay tax but also my product. Buyers know exactly how the eBay Guarantee system works you can the product bought for 10 days, tear it, wear it, damage it and just raise a fake claim... then you'll have your money's back. Buyer wins sellers goes home unhappy in loss of money and original product... I am not complaining of the buyers, all the buyers will not be like this. I am also geniune buyer, knows true value of other people products & respect them. I only not happy with the eBay Guarantee system... It is like a organised crime where fake buyers meet and loot your money and your product where eBay just uses a system which is not good for sellers. I AM WARNING YOU BROTHERS OUTSIDE WHO THINKING OF SELLING YOUR COSTLY PRODUCT IN EBAY... You were not sure of getting your product return or money if the buyer is not genuine... I just lost mine & you guys don't want yours... Thank you Divyanathan
