I ordered a refurbished phone from ebay. It arrived with the courier and since i did not know how to insert my sim card i asked this courier person to do it for me, he tried then he said your sim card needs an adapter so i bought an adapter from a mobile shop and asked him to insert sim card with the adapter. But still the phone did not connect. I asked the technician at mobile shop what the problem is. He said the smart phone's sim card slot is defective.
When i ordered from this seller wetrustindia on ebay i got a guarantee that this item no:-[protected] it was on on the condition that this item is in perfect working condition.
I paid 2677/rs i lost this money to a cheating rouge
I appeal to the authorities of consumer court to please help me getting back my money

Updated by scher31 what do mean you cannot reach me? you have mobile no. my email Id. how cheap of you to resort to such devious tactics just so you you do not return my money. your courier was a cheater too.
i have had enough of ebay's pseudo "care" now time to take legal action against ebay even if i go bankrupt i will sue this rouge company ebay
