Hi, I have placed an order for new blackberry z10 mobile phone & supplier of ebay (Esha enterprises) has supplied used (Refurbished) phone. I have returned one malfunctioned phone supplied by them at first time and warn them about not sending used or refurbished phone yet they didn't bothered and sent again the refurbished phone to me & not responding to my mails.
