[Resolved] Ebay.in — unduly delay in the refund process | |||||
I made an order of 3 mobile phones on ebay.in and wanted to return the product as they only supplied 2 phones. I already returned the product around 15-20 days earlier but they have reluctant and always tell that my returned product is still in transaction. I have made around more than 20 calls to them but they simply say that they will update the details next day. But they never call back. The details of the claim raised is as follows- Ebay guarantee claim is raised for paisapay id-[protected], claim id-3628006. Based on seller's response provided in my messages you will be contacted shortly by our ebay claims team. Thank you for using ebay I am also disappointed as one customer service provider also behaved rudely with me.
