Hi,
I has ordered Blackberry Bold 5 handset 9790 on 28th July 2015. On the add which was listed on ebay website, it was stating that the phone is a brand new unlocked device.
I received the order on 1 August 2015, the packagingf itself was not good but I thought who bother about packaging untill the content inside is in Good Condition.
When I opened the box and everything, i was socked.. It was a used device and can bet that was more than 1 years old. There were scratechs all over the screen which is very much visible, scrathes on the back body and the bezel of the phone.
Even the lock button at the top will not work untill you press it hard at a particular angle.
Post that I have registed a complaint with ebay and asked them to refund my money but it seems they are not in mood. Even after several mail I did not get any response from there side yet.
Only one mail has come stating that we tried reaching you but as you were busy we couldn't talk in details. They asked me to share some details about the phone which I have already done.
Have requested them so many times to call me but have not seen any positive approach from their side to help me.
I am highly irritaed and not happy with this kind of lethargic approach towards a customer.
