Ebay.in — very poor customer service. never answer and lie

i order a corset which after lots of weeks didnt come filed a ebay guarantee claim to say i wanted the item... the seller then sent the item.. but the size on his listing are half the size of the item i recieved.. live chat said dont worry will sort. then just closed the case.. this seller is listing item wrongly and getting away with it it is 2100 and i wont settle to i get my money off the fraud seller but customer service dont reply but i will contact the ceo of ebay if i have to.. such poor service
