[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Very poor service

Ebay is giving very bad service and they think all those purchasing from ebay are bloody fools. I purchased a Nokia AC-50 Travel Micro Universal Fast USB Mobile Charger - 2 Round Pin, Item ID :[protected] from FUTURESHOP This i got a duplicate product which is not according to the prescribed and the worst part of it is that it is not working. They say that they will refund as coupon of 110% of product that the buyer should again purchase there item. They have these type of sellers who will send whatever according to there will, not as customers order. I also had talk with seller and also with customer service and also with SYALI from customer service but they couldnt resolve it. I will only get from Flipkart and Snapdeals as they are genuines and gives better service and give faster and better resolution on every purchase and every product as I use to do lots of online purchases and I experienced
