[Resolved] Ebay.in — worst experience ever. | |
Took more then 7 days to deliver item, and delivered wrong colour worst product. Raised a claim to replacement, took more than 4 days to get resolution details. You people expecting me to ship item from my side through courier, pathetic. Tallked to 3 customer care executives 3 of them are very rude in behaviour. One person even said we have 20 days to resolve a issue. You mean you are having freedom of 19 days to left claim open.???/ And she said some # rules. Who care with your rules and policies when they are most worst rules in online shopping sites?? #banebay #banebayindia #worstcustomercare U expect customer to return the product and u wont pickup???
