[Resolved]  Ebay.in — wrong product

I’d ordered a xolo play 8x 1200 from ebay which was received by me few days back. But my concerned is instead of black device, I have received a RED one. at the time of booking black device was shown to me with no further option to select the device color. I have not even switched ‘on‘ the device yet, and all its accessories are still intact as it is in factory conditions. I have provided no information about that by ebay at the time of booking. The device is looking sort of pink. Its not even a proper red colored. I have opened the box as ebay told me to send the device snaps for proof that i have received the wrong product.(Have not switched ‘on’ the device yet) And now they are not helping me saying that I have Brocken the seal. i have claimed to ebay about either replace my device to black colored one or refund the amount. my ebay claim id is "668919". but they are denying on all the options. PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS

Ebay is worst. Please do not buy anything from ebay. They sell duplicate products.

Date – May 14th 2015 Dear Sir, Myself Mr. Saritha from Hyderabad i ordered the following material from EBay. Booking Date – 2nd May 2015 Item Description – i've received HTC Deisre 820 Mini Ebay Price – Rs.13, 490 Color – White and Blue but i ordered HTC Desire 820 EBay Price 19, 490, Seller ID – Wireless kart Seller Name – Mr.GunjaN Go swami Mail Id – [protected]@gmail.com Mobile No – [protected] / [protected] Order Received Date – 6th may 2015 But when received the phone I found that it is not the one what i ordered.I tried reaching Gunman and he asked me contact EBay customer support. Then i called EBay customer support and they were start saying we are helpless and you need to check with Seller (Gunman) but he never responded my call or mails. I can see in EBay site if you are not satisfied with the product there will be Refund but nothing is happening there is no response. Yesterday after i gave negative feedback on seller. Gunman called me and said that we will refund you if you are not happy. Please send us mail. I did the same after that again he is not picking my call. This very bad. Please see the following detail regarding the claim of EBay. Claim ID – 995377, Paisapay ID – [protected] Date of Claim Opened – 9th may Currently claim is closed by EBay. So Requesting to solve my issue by refunding money. I ma not at all satisfied.
