I Hereby To Complaint Against The eBay.In Services Provided To Us. I Recently Buy "Xolo Mobile Phone Q2000L" From eBay For Rupees 9, 107, Which Was Shipped on: 15-Jul-2014, Having item No.:[protected], Buyer ID: nrawat17, Seller ID: it_india20, IMEI: [protected], AWB#: [protected], Record No: 10463 . As Soon As i received the item i Checked it out And Found That the SIM 1 Slot Is Not Working. So I Quickly Called The eBay Helpline No, There i Got a Single Reply "We Can't Do Anything Ma'am, Since The Phone Is Under Manufacturing Warranty, So You Should Call The XOLO Care Or visit The Xolo Care Office". On Hearing This On The Next Day i quickly went to the XOLO Care Office In Noida, They Just Mentioned That "Since The Phone Is Not Older Than 7 Days So We Can Just Ask For The DOA Letter" They Created The DOA Letter (DOA No:[protected], And Asked Me To Contact EBay For Any Refund Or Replacement Request. Then I Again Contacted The eBay Team For The Refund Or Replacement (Which Is Possible), But The Replied That The "Since The Phone Is Under Manufacturing Warranty, We Can't Do Any Thing, Contact XOLO Care" I Again Contacted XOLO But They Again Sent Me To The eBay, And The Cycle Is Running Continuously Till Now, So When I Got Fed Up Of all these So I decided to File A complaint Against eBay, XOLO And The Seller.
Please Take A Legal Action Against The eBay About There Services.
