eBay India — Complaint about spin the wheel offer

I made purchase PaisaPay ID [protected], on 14/03/2014, the MOBILE worth Rs.7599.But I was not able to get the benefit of the offer, I tried to select the mobile phone bought from the list but I was getting the message "Please try tomorrow", but now I tried to search the same wheel for my luck. but it is unavailable. giving me option to Spin the Wheel for getting additional Coupon. I MADE PURCHASE TO SPIN THE WHEEL & WIN PRICES, BUT AT LAST IT TURNED A TRAP AND FRAUD FROM EBAY. Please Support.
