eBay India — Ebay selling fake products, moreover they did not refund the money when I returned the product to the seller.

Sir I placed an order for an authentic iphone charger on ebay which turned out ot be a fake charger. I was told to resend the product back to the seller through courier myself which I did before the deadline. I did send them the courier copy to ebay before the deadline, inspite of that, they did not refund me the amount of Rs. 1300 claiming that I'd sent the courier proof to the wrong email id. The email id was not communicated through the phone and I was also not communicated on the phone when the claim was finally rejected. THis is a fraud activity by ebay. Best Akash Watwani
