I had ordered a product which wasn't as per the listing on ebay and on returning it back as per the call centre's procedure with a claim id 818535.
i have returned the product which has reached the seller in January, the customer care hasn't been helpful they give false promise that the issue will be sorted in 48 hours and end up telling to contact the seller and settle the dispute.
i have bought the product at ebay and its been more than a month since the product has reached its seller and the seller has blocked my calls.
i want my money to be refunded and also want to register a complain for customer grievance over ebay.
