[Resolved]  Ebay India (Online Shopping) — They are not refund the amount if the item not delivered

I have purchased the item with ebay through online.

The paisa pay id as follows

1). [protected], dated 25/06/2016
2). [protected], dated 05/06/2016

Regarding that issue i contacted the ebay customer care more than 20 times by phone & chat, they are always replied, the coupon not yet generated by system, wait for another 7 days.

Already i awaited more than 1 month, now also they telling the same reply.

I also informed to will book the complaint with consumer complaints, they are not bother about the complaint.

Kindly take the necessary action in this regards
