eBay India Private Limited — Crack in New Laptop

I received laptop on 19 June at 3.30pm and when I opened it I found crack and complain about it to Ebay same day.I also submit all proof ask by Ebay on 22 June and on 23 June I received mail from Ebay with Remark-Your Claim has been forward to Claim Adjuster" Today is 7/7/15 but no progress in claim(Still pending) Claim id-1056708 Mobile-[protected]
