[Resolved] eBay India — Refund not received for undelivered Item | |||
E-bay India is not processing my approved refund since last two month. I have purchased 32GB Class 10 items on 25th Oct-13. Neither Item nor refund received by me. My refund claim was closed by ebay stating your refund was approved and will get refund in account in next 3-4 days. But it never credited. I tried to contact Ebay through web, chat, mail and phone but no response from them. My claim detail is: Item Information Claim ID: 320477 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number: [protected] Seller ID: harsh.sharma92 Date claim opened: [protected] Email reference id: [#d9243ca3d77c49d193adb092494d33c9#] I am now action less. Can you suggest what else we can do for process and E-bay is not listening any more. I am planning to tel lmy all friends to stop procuring anything from eBay. Since last two month I am trying my best for refund bit not able to succeeded. ON registering complaint here, I got the refund. Ebay did not contact me either way. Thanks for great support. eBay India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Dear Umesh, We regret for the inconvenience cause to you, we would like to inform you that we have processed your refund today and the stipulated time lines to receive the same would be according to your bank i.e. if your bank is private then 3-4 working days and if its a nationalized one then 15 working days. Also please be informed that it takes 48 hrs to update the same in our system and after 48 hrs the same is processed to your bank. Thank you.
Got the refund yesterday.
