i bought a laptop from eBay India cost of 18000, the seller did not deliver the item to my address. so i raised a refund claim . eBay rejected my claim saying the seller has delivered the item. when i check the tracking id given by the seller it is shown delivered to some other place in Chennai and not to my location Kerala. i contacted customer care still noting happened. the claim has been rejected by the claim department. i need help. Complaint marked as Resolved they finally took my signature verification in consideration and told will refund. am waiting for the refund, which was told will take 3 to 4 business days to get back in my bank account .
