Sir, i buy red mi 3 s prime mobile phone through online by eBay website. they send second hand mobile instead of refurbished product with out any accessory.Also the mobile is not working properly, i convey the message to eBay for replacement or refund. They did not respond properly, they are giving new meaning for refurbishment, i mentally suffer a lot for past 15 days . i make a complaint sir.
