My ebay claim id is 1210708. I ordered a laptop from 'cglobal' through ebay on[protected]. When received it it was found defective. Right away told the about it. To avail the warranty i needed the original invoice of the laptop which the seller didn't provide. Opened the ebay claim on 25-8-15 and ebay asked me to return it to the seller. I returned the item to the seller on[protected]. Since then no body is answering to my e-mails. I might have called customer service for about 15 times by now still no body cares about me.
Being in teaching profession I desperately need a laptop for making assignments, delivering lectures, research etc. on daily basis. So it can be easily judged that hoew much loss i have suffered in last two months and how mental pain, agony, tension and frustration I have gone through all this time.
Unfortunately I have to say that ebay is totally insensitive and unprofessional company to deal with.
