eBay — non shipping of product after estimated date

I had purchased a mobile online from ebay on 20 feb 14 with order ID [protected].on 27 feb he send me message that your product couldnot be shipped by the estimated date so your money will be refunded in next 5 days. It is like a joke with me, i am waiting for mobile and he refused after 7 days. i had already paid for that. what is my fault in this case, why should i suffer. I spoke to its customer care but they are saying that i cant do anything for this. iwant compensation for that.

Dear Customer, We have processed your refund on 6th March 2014. Please note that it takes at least 3-4 working days if the bank is a non-nationalized bank and 15 working days if the bank is a nationalized bank for the amount to reflect in your account. Also, the coupon that you had used in this transaction would be reissued within 7 working days, and the payback points would be credited to your card within 4 days of refund approval. Thank you.

No product No refund

I have ordered product on 18th dec for Mobile and after i dint receive my product, now the refund is put on hold . Ebay guarantee claim failed.
