eBay — One of the wheels of top loading washing machine trolley in broken condition

On 31.3.2016 I have ordered go Adjustable Top loading Washing Machine trolley. I have received the same on 05.04.2016 through professional cornier. On opening the parcel I found one of the wheels has broken. With the broken wheel I will not use the Adjustable Top Lading Washing Machibe trolley. Arrange to replace the same Immediately. Advise in this regard by return mail.
