[Resolved]  eBay — pending refund coupon since 20 days

have a pending complaint since 15 days.claim id -731458 from my account nbansalss. i ordered a battery and i got a faulty mobile battery with a big dent in it that didnt fit in the mobile. on registering a complaint was being told that a coupon of 110% value of the battery wud b mailed at my email within 7-10 days.but it has been 15 days and no coupon. the coutemer care call goes on waiting for 15-20 minutes.and when they pick up they are not even there to solve the complaint rather telling you to wait for some more days.. now after 15 days custmor care tells to wait for another 10 days.never been harrased that much. contact no.[protected]
