[Resolved]  eBay — poor delivery and not refunded amount

Sir/madam,
As per my complaint since no action has been taken. I find it totally hopeless now and i am beginning to wonder i will never use ebay services ever again. I bought a product on 11 july, my product id is[protected]. I didnt get the product and also havent got the money back.
Ebay services has lost its touch to the people.
At least refund my amount back.

I book 40 inch full hd led tv on 19 may 2017 and i received 42 inch hd ready led tv that means i received wrong product . I complain ebay company and seller about this and seller agree to return back the product. but ebay company not arrange the revers peak up the product and not refund our money back .
