This seller has accepted my returned product and agreed to refund my money. But yet he hasn't sent my refund. Rs. 329/-. He was a seller on ebay.in. But ebay had blocked his account due to his rule violations. And has been identified as a fraud and cheat. So i request you to please get my refund from this seller and take a strict action against him. Thank you.

Updated by Sumeet Kumar Yadav I am still waiting ebay to refund my money. I am ready to provide every reshipment proof towards the seller And If ebay doesn't refund the money. I will do nothing but suicide because i am totally frustrated with this refund issue. Ebay can't process refund for one customer? What is this?

Kirti ma'am. This ebay is a dumb company. They will never get tired shamelessly just begging and saying sorry. And then contacting the customer care. And from there also we get no solution. I already have sent my product to the seller as they asked me to do. But now they are not refunding my money for the return. Rs.1267/- in total. This is a fraud company. It takes advantage of us. Thinking we can do nothing to this company.

If eBay had guts they would have solved the problem here and quickly processed the refund. But they are beggars who don't have no money left to refund.
