eBay — Sennheiser CX 275s Headphones

I had purchased the head phones online on 7/7/16 for rs.1369/- and got the delivery very late infact on 14/7/16. I had bought this as a guest without having registered to the ebay site. However when i checked the product its not functioning properly. When i checked with the senheiser showroom in bangalore i was shocked to know that it is a fake product. The product is sold by mr. Ganpat jain. Ebay id would be ganparatho_0. When asked for the refund, at first the ebay customer care person asked me to contact seller. Seller is not responding on call or mail for that matter. When raised the issue to ebay customer case, they have been delaying by raising a ticket and not giving any sort of resolution. I wanted to take this matter to you, since the website is not obliged to sell any fake product and they should take necessary action against those who is doing it on intentional basis. I want the refund of the money from the ebay team and an apology letter for showing this product in their website. Also for my time wasted i would require a compensation of rs.1000/- from ebay.

Hi,

I think the meaning of the earliest is not been known to you. Today it is 3rd August. Almost a week is passed and still there is no response. This is ridiculous. I really don't understand how do you people work this way to service customers. I would request this forum to arrange for the necessary action on Team Ebay at the earliest and work on getting my compensation back.
