[Resolved] eBay — Unethical behaviour | |||||
I have ordered for a product on 10th April in EBAY and expected delivery was on 15th April and Delivery deadline was on 21st of April. I didn't receive the product during this period. So I have requested for the refund and I got a call from EBAY around 27th April to inquire about the status and I said I haven't received the product and I don't want the product anymore as it has crossed the delivery deadline. They agreed for the refund. By May 2nd, courier person dropped the package in security desk of my apartment without informing me. Now EBAY is claiming that seller has delivered the product and buyer has accepted it and so we cannot do the refund. I don't understand how come a person dropping a product in security desk of a apartment without notifying buyer is considered as buyer accepted the product. Now EBAY is not assisting me even in returning the product to the seller. Also I tried to contact seller offline but he is not responding.
