Sir/Mam, My Name is Shadan Ali. My Ebay.in id - gadget918 Email id - ali.[protected]@gmail.com On 6 October 2015 at 8:52 PM I was purchasing a product item number[protected]. My Payment went Successful but ebay shows "Purchasing failed error". Amount of 14, 559.00 is deducted immediately from my Canara Bank's Debit Card but order did not placed neither it is shown in purchasing history of ebay. I checked my Canara Bank online statement, it is showing successful payment of Rs 14, 559.00 to ebay. This is my Bank Statement- Date - 06.10.2015 Time - 20:52:24 (8:52 PM) Cheque Reference Number- 232973 Description - EBAYINDIAPAISAPAYMUMBAIINDIN-06/10/15 20:52:24 Amount Deducted - 14, 559.00 Bank - CANARA BANK MODE OF PAYMENT - MASTER DEBIT CARD Account /Card Holder Name - Shadan Ali On 9 Oct 2015 I got sms from Ebay that refund of my unconfirmed order of Rs 14, 559.00 is initiated! It will be refunded within 6-8 days. On 16 Oct 2015, Your Customer Care representative Anjali S said my refund is done successfully go and check your bank account and when i asked her to give me the Reference No/Transaction id of my refund so i can cross check with my bank, she immediately disconnected the chat !!! This kind of Service you people provide to Your Customer!! Today is 17 Oct 2015 and till now My money is not Refunded to me! It is a Clear Cut fraud case of Ebay.in. I think they have not processed my Refund till now and only give lame excuses to get rid from Consumers. Kindly Refund My money as soon as possible! Otherwise I will lodge Police Complain against you people. Thanks

    I bought a 2.1 Edifier speaker system from ebay(order date -16 August)( Item no:[protected]but when received I found the package was not properly packed from inside specially the woofer part & it was cracked from its corners. I received it on 26 august & on the same day I raised a claim on ebay (claim number[protected] in which I mentioned for replacement but now my patience has given up & now I want my precious money back .Now it has been almost 2 months & everytime I call them they say the same thing "we are working on it & you'll receive a call within 48 hours" which I never get.Now I'm fed up of calling them everytime & I'm raising this complaint so that they if they do care for their prestige they will refud me as soon as possible

      I buy a watch from eBay in Rs.3599.After receiving I saw that it was a cheap 250rs Chinese watch.I applied for refund next day after receiving watch on 27/09/2015. I got claim id-1289471.I called and emailed many times but every time they says refund done in next two days.Today after 19 days my complain not solved by eBay.They mentally and physically harrassed me.Please take some action

          I ordered Creative headset EP600 from ebay which is not working at all. I have raised a return and refund request in the website but it took it as replacement by default. Td when we contacted customer care they say some nonsense reasons which the customer doesnot even see on the website. the second issue is, a representative from ebay customer care calls up and tells that they do not guarantee the quality of the product. this is so ridiculous answer from ebay. and moreover they try to speak as if the customer is irritating them. I have gone through the website and no where it says they do not deal with quality issues. if they do not deal with quality why the hell do they say they need 100% customer satisfaction if not they guarantee the money back. and why the hell do they sell such kind of products. Is that coz ebay is bogus or what. Im totally frustrated with this response from ebay. someone look into this issue and resolve.

              This is regarding Claim ID : 1285050 for PaisaPay ID : [protected]

              I had purchased a camera Fuji FX660EXR from geb portal of ebay.
              The camera was defective.
              The defective camera was reverse picked up on 3rd Oct
              and Fedex delivered the defective camera to seller on 6t Oct
              using Fedex Tracking No:[protected]


              Earlier my feeling was that JUST ONE SELLER on EBAY cheated me
              by wrong listing of his item (faulty item was shown as new).
              But now I am feeling more cheated. A camera which was 30%
              defective costing around 10, 000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) has been
              picked up by Ebay, send to seller and there is no sign of my getting
              my money back (before reverse pickup, I was promised
              refund after reverse pickup). I have lost both the camera and my money.

              Every time I call I am promised a call back within 24 to 48
              hrs by Ebay claim department for past 10 days, but no call back
              has taken place.

              Some persons answering customer care number promised refund
              on even same day/next day and others are saying that there
              is no record of reverse pick up by Ebay logistics.

              Every time a send a mail to [protected]@ebay
              I get an automated reply:

                Dear Ebay, I had received a non functioning and defective item from the seller on 10th October and claimed under paisapay ebay guarantee on same day, I had received an email from you that, be patience for 5 days and we will get back to you with a resolution. Five days passed away still I am wondering how to handover the defective item and how can i get my money back! Being a well known and a reputed company, this type of behavior is no at all good on your part. Actually I had ordered the item for gifting purpose on the occasion of my friends birthday, and same has been told to the seller by email on the order day requesting him that send me a good piece of item among all but, I had received a defective item and ruined all my expectations trust and purpose. Today my friends birthday and i was empty handed left by investing money on some fraud seller on ebay.                   Ebay.in is the WORST online platform I have ever experienced.

                  I made a purchase 08/09/2015 with Paisapay ID [protected]. Later this was cancelled on 10/09/2015 contacting the customer care due to some payment verification issue as I had paid with a non Indian bank account .
                  So as this was cancelled I made a new order for the same item again using different mode of payment (paisapay ID [protected]) on the same day itself.

                  Now the problem starts:

                  In the first purchase, I had used a gift voucher from ebay for Rs 500 and the rest Rs 850 as payment as the total value of the item was Rs 1350.

                  Later when I had to cancel this order and made a new order (paisapay ID [protected]) with new payment mode, it did not accept the gift coupon and I paid the whole Rs 1350 from my bank account.
                  I immediately contacted the customer care on 10/09/2015 and excellent response and Ebay promised me a new gift coupon code in 7 days. I was all happy till now, but after 7 working days I realized that it just a fake promise.
                  So did I contact ebay back on 22/09/2015 and then again same sweet answers and promises of next 7 working days.
                  This routine continued again on 29/09/2015, 01/10/2015 and on 12/10/2015.
                  On 12/10/2015 when I contacted the customer service team on webchat and expained all this, she was rude enough to just discontinue the chat itself.
                  Fed up with this I though of sending an email which I did explaining all these problems on 12/10/2015. But, ebay is more thick skinned than I realized. NO REPLY FOR THE EMAIL AT ALL.

                  NOW I FEEL THAT IT WOULD BE JUST A WASTE OF TIME RUNNING BEHIND EBAY FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY DON'T INTEND TO GIVE YOU AND ARE DETERMINED TO CHEAT YOU.

                  MOREOVER THE ONLY REASON WHY I AM SUBMITTING THIS COMPLAINT AND WOULD PUBLISH THIS ON ALL AVAILABLE SOCIAL PLATFORMS IS THAT MORE AND MORE PEOPLE SHOULD GET AWARE ABOUT EBAY.IN
                  AS A RESULT OF THIS I HOPE THAT EBAY WILL HAVE LESS AND LESS CUSTOMERS AND THEN THEY CAN SERVE THEM BETTER SINCE THEY WILL ONLY BE LEFT WITH SOME COUTABLE CUSTOMERS.

                    I have purchased gold coin 10 gms from ebay and received a pendant of copper from RSBL. When contacted ebay customer service and opened a claim they collected all the information and proof like pictures, certifications etc. after two they informed that we cannot help you. Don trust ebay, they dont help customers, just cheat the customers and Ebay claim and Gurantee are ways to make the cutomers fool.

                      I had bought a dress from ebay which was listed as free size on their site. Seller contacted me for color through email and i replied to seller asking him that the free size should fit me. The product was expected to reach in 1 week but then it was not shipped untill 3 weeks. I raised a claim for refund when the product was not received. once i received the product, it was of medium size and also of low quality. i raised another claim for return of my money and to take back the product to the seller. again my claim was rejected. eBay support waste my 1.5 months time. I had to give them calls multiple times and they took me on call for 30 mins with no help to offer. Now the seller is not responding to me and the product is stuck with me. After multiple attempts, my money is still not refunded and the seller has forcefully sold the product to me indirectly which is a simple case of fraud. eBay.in has not even blacklisted that seller. I need justice. I need compensation for the time wasted and for the fraud that seller has done to me.

                          On 27/08/15 i purchased SanDisk 32GB Ultra MicroSD SDHC Micro SD Memory Card 48MB/s + VAT Bill. on ebay.in.For this purchase i used oxigen wallet.(My oxigen wallet transaction id-[protected])On 27th august 50% off offer was running on pay through oxigen wallet. The price of the item was 501/-i pay 251 and i got 250 discout on that product.On 5th September i raised a complain.that that i was not get the product. ebay customer support team said that the seller was unable to prove the delivery document.for that reason you will get your money (251) refunds from the side of ebay.And on 17 th September they approved my refunds.But today is 15 th October but still i am not getting my refunds money.From 17th September i called to ebay customer care 2 to 3 times in every week.But they dont care me.Only they giving 48-72 hours to resolve my problem, but they do not solve my problem.I am totally fade up with the service of ebay.They harass me near about last 2 months but they do not refund my money back.Some customer care executive communicate with me very badly, (some executive name are sandip gupta, pawan, promod lara). please do something to get my money back.                           Respected sir, i am totally helpless, ebay india suffering me a lot still now.My PaisaPay ID : 40286356072, item id-161807528804 and complain id-1238568.I purchased sandisk 32 gb memory card on 27 august, After deadline date i raised a complain 5th september.After my complain ebay request me to wait for next 20 days to resolve my problem.But they do not do it.Then i call them up every 3 days gap in a week.All time they takes 48-72 hours to solve the problem but all time they make false promise.After complain in consumer court they send me a messege on 21 october that within 6-8 days they will refund my money but this also they did not do it (re;buying refunds SR#1-56376459268).After 10 days another time i made again complain that time they give the refer id (Re, buying refunds SR#1-58149202159}.And wants 3 days to refunds my money but this time also they did not refunds my money, I am totally shocked that ebay is a big e-commerce giant But they do it this kind of cheating activity with customer.All time i attached oxigen wallet statement to paisapaydocs @ebay.in.But they dont respone my email.Well i am surprised that what kind of service ebay provided.

                            Sir i have ordered a shawl from ebay.com on 29.9.15 item id.[protected] amounting to rs.1014.65 and i recieved the iten on 14.10.15. But when i open the packet the item was quite huge different from the item i ordered. They pack a shawl just an ordinary cheap quality shawl around 400 to 600 rs range in the open market. So i hav complain to ur respective website reg ds matter. so i request your kindself to solve the matter at the earliest... i hav already pack their item to return back again...n i want amout back to my account... if so i shall remain ever grateful to you sir... from..L.Ranju singh..

                                Hello sir/madam, I have given assurance that refund will happen once the item is sent to seller. Although item has been sent to seller and it's been more than 15days of there SLA refund wasn't in place. Attaching the email which is sent by them that they will reply in another 48hrs but there is no reply yet from them.

                                    I hav buy a product from ebay shopping site, and make payment at a time on 28th sep. bt even after so many contact i still not get my item and also not receive any response from ebay and sellor also. i have paisapay id and purchase id regarding my purchase. kindly do the needful regarding this.

                                      I have ordered Micromax Bolt Q324 4GB SmartPhone[protected] days back, and my money is paid and blocked. seller has accepted my payment.
                                      I have no intimation n shipping on this order; I need to gift this phone to my father on an occasion in 3 days, Please check and deliver this within 3 days.I will write poor blogs and poor feedback on ebay on other websites about delay by ebay; if my product is not delivered in next 3-4 days..
