I received a product from eBay seller golyan. The product was defected. I requested for replacement. I contact eBay several times but every time they gave me a false promise that I'll get a call from eBay soon. After contacting many a times when my claim was escalated and I demanded for refund instead of replacement they closed claimed without intimating me. eBay is such a fraud company with 0 customer satisfaction. I would urge people to go for better options.

    Hey team, I purchased a gym set frm ebay and at time of purchase I was gvn delivery date as 25th August but then it was like a harassment fr me to keep tracking it daily and according to eBay people it will get delivered nly after 15 sept. What the hell it showed 25th August n now u people saying after 15th sept. I did pay the money on 20th August. Many a times the executive at call center were so rude . wrst n after 20 days of follow I received the item on last Monday. It is as wrst as possible. The locks r not wrking the weight gets slipped n den the weights r not proper . worst quality product delivered . crap it is. I want the product exchanged n.total reimbursement of it as I was harassed fr 20 days n gt this faulty product

      Hi, I had purchased an item from ebay a month back, however, it was not delivered to me on time and since i needed that item urgently, i decided to purchase it from outside and simultaneously raise a claim on ebay regarding the same so i can get back the refund on that. Its been 20 days since then and i haven't yet received any update on that. I have been calling the customer care every 2nd day, only to hear the same old standard reply of waiting for the next 48 hours and then no action. I have lost my patience with the company. Kindly help.

My comment:"Wrong item delivered. On the box it's mentioned "YUREKA" but the cuts and buttons all are on wrong positions and of wrong sizes. also, It's a bit larger than the Yureka so it definitely is a wrong product. Want my refund back as soon as possible so I can order another one from a different seller. Check the pictures uploaded for verification." Ebay's remark:"we are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request in form of eBay coupon. You will receive a coupon of 110% of item value. It will be sent to your registered email address i.e. on mohitraj.[protected]@gmail.com, and you can expect to receive it within 7-10 business days and the same is valid for 3 months. Note: Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded from working days. Incase your registered email id is not updated kindly update the same as the coupons are sent to the ids which are registered on eBay. Thank you for shopping with eBay." So they provided me with a coupon code via sms, but by the time I recieved the coupon, they blocked my ID on the basis of "Multiple account on same address". Me being a hostel student, I live in a room with 6 other people. I complained against the blocking of my account. Now that my account got blocked, I cannot use the refund coupon and now that I'm complaining regarding this, they are disconnecting my call rudely saying we cannot do anything regarding this case. I hope here I will get the money those people has stolen allegedly from me.

          My paisa pay id which is regisrtered on ebay is [protected]. I have purchased a new dell laptop from ebay company onlie by making payment after 10 days i have received the delivery i start the laptop for working i found there is some mistake in the system and because of this the laptop is not working properly. i contact to ebay about this problem after 5 days of complain they arrange the talk with the supplier which was registered on ebay after lot of discussion the ebay tell me that kindly return the goods and for that ebay will arrange the reverse pickup but after 3 days they told me that it is not possible for them to arrange the reverse pickup and i have to return the goods on my own and for that they will reimburse me the courier charges which will be paid by me. after dispatching the material i have to upload the proof of dispatch of laptop. which i have uploaded on 28th august. but after attcahing the proof of dispatch they asked me the new thing that kindly upload the proof of delivery. Further inspite of all the things i have upload all the things and also mail all the things on the mail id i.e. [protected]@ebay.com which is instructed by ebay to me. and i have also attached a screen shot of online tracking status available on courier agency in which it is cleary shown that item is already delivered on 29th August 2015. i have contacted many times n request them to kindly refund my amount but they always provide me the timelines i.e. wait for 72 hours or 48 hours or 24 hours day by day instead of providing me the refund.

            i was looking online to buy a laptop for myself and while searching for the same i went in to E-Bay online offers. On E-bay i found a good deal comparing to other online portals. I already Knew the configuration of the Laptop so i did not bother to go through the sepecs again. Also the price of the Laptop was Marginally less so i did not thought about it of being "re-furbished". I ordered it on 23rd of august and received it in a couple of days. On receipt of the Laptop i realized that it was a used product. I immediately lodged a complaint a complaint with E-Bay about the product. Soon i received a call from the original seller of the Laptop. He confirmed me that it was already mention on the website that the product is used and have scratches on it. I agreed on the issue that it was my fault that i did not notice the same and requested him to issue a refund as i only wanted a new product which he refused. Instead he offered me to send the margin money of the new laptop to get a replacement. I then called E-Bay customer service and explained the same to them. Surprisingly E-Bay refused to intervene in the matter and asked me to straight the matter directly with the seller of the product. I again contacted the seller from my end and accepted his offer to send him the Laptop back on my own expenses with margin money of a new laptop + Rs. 1000 as he asked for ( to pay E-Bay commission). Now i received the Laptop again from the seller. This Laptop also is not brand new, and it does not contain any manual or warranty details with it . the configuration is also not as per the model specifications. Also the bill of the product is for Rs. 33000 (previously paid amount for Re-furbished Laptop) while it should have been for Rs. 41000 (33, 000 + Rs. 8000). I have called the seller again how is in Chennai for the Full amount Bill which he has refused. Please help me to get a refund of my money.

              Got a spurious product, I was told by ebay to send the product back to the seller, I am awaiting refund details confirmation. The ebay said they don't have reshipment facility from a most happening place in Chennai, I pity on the customer from remote places, I wanted only demand draft and not any coupon, the customer service staff said they can only send me the coupon, I want justice, my hard earned money is blocked. ebay is playing with customer's money and valuable time.

              I am yet to get any response on my complaint with regard my complaint, ebay has to give me demand draft towards reshipment charges as I shopped only with ebay and it's ebay's responsibility to ensure that my payment is expedited. ebay is not doing any favour by giving me coupon, it's not ebay's money it's mine
              ebay's customer service people are only paroting they can only give coupon and not demand draft. What customer service they have, if they are not able to address genuine concern and give prompt resolution then what is the use of having such customer support, it's simply waste of time and money
              ebay customer support is only paroting the rules of ebay which says that what ever product you buy it through them, in case it's not upto the mark and you return by spending your money towards reshipment, then they would feel pity on you and send you the coupon towards the money you spend on reshipment, first of all i don't understand why ebay should ask the customer to reship the product to their seller when we pay the money to ebay towards purchase, is this the way of doing business, whose money is that the ebay can decide what way to refund it. It's not ethical, why the customer should suffer by shopping with them just to get spurious product and block their money and waste their precious time

                I ordered phone HTC one m8 from eBay.in on 4 Aug 2015.I received it on 9 august 2015...but the phone is defected so I raised a claim against the seller of the phone...then the seller called me...seller name is Ranjit Paryani . mobile no. [protected]...he said that he will replace my phone...at that time the claim was closed...he send replaced phone to me...i recieved the replaced phone on 25 august 2015 but the replaced phone is also defected...now the seller is not picking up my phone..& the members from eBay are not helping much ...they said that seller will approve refund...but the seller is not picking up my call...not even replying on mails...also blocked me on whatsapp...

                  Hello this is dr rajkumar from chennai. I bought a samsung 30, 000 mah on 1 / 7 / 2015 from the seller nisrin dhuliawala bbcompanybrh on ebay for rs 1900. The item sent was a defective item, so i sent the item back to nisrin dhuliawala with my courier charges at rs 260. She took 10 days even after receiving the defective item. I was suspicious and after several calls and messages, she sent an item. The product she sent the second time was also defective. When contacted the person saying that i will send the defective item back to them, the seller nisrin dhuliawala said that she will look into it and give me a replacement. But after receiving the item she says she can't refund or send a replacement. When i told i paid total of rs 2420 for the purchase and courier charges, she uses bad language, doesnt pick my calls or messages. I dont have any item with me, even the defective item.                       I have purchased HTC desire 626g Plus for RS 14290 from ebay.in around 2.5 months ago and its was in 12 months HTC warranty . So, recently i started facing problem in handset so i approached to HTC service center but they denied and gave the reason that the producy has been purchased from ebay so we will not provide any service.                         I am struggling to process my refund via EBay.My Paisapay id -[protected] on 26/8/2015. i did not received my products then i file eBay claim eBay India approve my claim on 10 September 2015 When i order this product i make the payment through PayUMoney wallet account . eBay claim adjuster told me to i should be able to see the refund in my PayUMoney account within 3 working days.but i did not revived my refund amount yet. I am totally dissatisfied with eBay i will never buy any products on bay. if you faling solve the case in a day then i will take legal action on this matter with all proof --

                          Please read the below compalint to understand how ebay cheats and harases a paralysed person india.

                          Ebay harasses a handicapped / paralysed person by rejecting a genuine ebay guarantee claim

                          Incident - 1: amit khurana (A consumer) purchased mobile intex aqua pro 3g for intex aqua 3g pro for

                          Cost: rs. 3, 575. 00 paid on 26 / 08 / 2015 through mobiwik. (Paisa pay id [protected])

                          Incident 2: mobiel received on 29th august 2015 and same day the ebay guarantee claim was opened as the brand new mobile was found defective and not working properly.

                          Incident 3: ebay declined the claim saying that product is under warranty from manufacturer (Intex) and consumer should follow up directly with manufacturer.

                          Incident 4: amit khurana (Consuemr) calls ebay and reports that he is not well and handicapped and paralyzed since last 3 years and cannot follow up with manufacturer and go to service station.

                          Incident 5) ebay customer acre refuses any help.

                          Ebay ahs cheated customer named amit khurana in this case by sending him a defective intex pro mobile, and also not respecting his refund request despite his request that he is handicapped and is not in a state to follow up with manufacturer.

                          Under ebay guarantee, ebay should collect back the mobile and refund the money to customer who needs help and is handicapped.

                          On human ground as ebay is not supporting this concern; ebay should be punished and penalized for this action heavily under law from govt of india to set an example for
                          - penalizing ebay for cheating with customer
                          - penalizing ebay for harassing handicapped / paralyzed person.

                            I have purchase an iphone 4s 32 gb colour black on 11. 04. 2015 the price of the phone was rs. 16, 999. 00
                            1. Received the phone on 22. 04. 2015
                            2. Problem started from 24. 04. 2015 (When first time i used it)

                            4. The phone started creating problem from the first day when i was using it, when i insert the sim in it their was no network available. But i thought its sim problem so i change it but again it was showing the same problem. But the same sim was working properly on other phone. When i took the phone to the engineer and after they have check the phone they found that the phone was damage. . . The battery was pasted with fevi quick or some kind of glue. And the phone gets heated very quickly.
                            5. I have call several time's on call center of ebay (Toll free number) and always got the same answer that i will receive a call from there end within 24 to 48 hrs but till date i have not.

                              I purcharge as lenovo mobile from ebay 4 months ago. Now i found some problem in it and when i goes to lenovo customer care then they told my phone has no indian warranty so they can't provide warranty for this. but in my bill it is mentioned that mobile has indian warranty. When i talked to ebay customer care they told me that they will look after the complaint but still no result.

                                Dear Consumer Complaints Team, Online Customers, I have recently become the victim of online fraud. I urge all the online buyers to be extra cautious while buying branded products online. “Why?” I have tried to detail all the issues and pain I had with recent online purchase of smart phone on ebay.in. The HTC Desire 826 smart phone that I bought from eBay on 16th July, 2015 is no more functioning. Touch screen is not working at all. I cannot unlock the phone and hence cannot even type anything on the phone. I am not even able to shutdown phone once started. Problem started within just one month of the purchase. I had purchased this phone over ebay.in by paying Rs. 22596/-. I understand being long term mobile phone user that product could have malfunctioned. But when I had approached HTC Service Center in Camp area of Pune around 16th August, 2015 I was denied service and warranty of this phone purchased just a month back. HTC Service Center and HTC Customer Care had reviewed my phone, phone box, warranty card, invoice from eBay and actual eBay seller i.e. iKoncept after which they confirmed that the eBay seller named iKoncept is neither authorized nor registered seller of HTC phones. To my shock they have shown me complete list of HTC authorized sellers which does not include iKoncept. This list is also available on htc.com/in under "Buy now" option for HTC Desire 826 where you can search location wise sellers. I also have this confirmation from HTC Service team in email and they have provided all the sellers list to me from Delhi/New Delhi in PDF format which does not include iKoncept. On the other hand eBay and sellers invoice that I have received shows that iKoncept is seller from New Delhi. I have also recorded my audio calls with HTC Customer Care, Service team which confirm over the phone that iKoncept is unauthorized seller and hence my phone is warranty void. I have been following up with eBay and its seller iKoncept since 17th August, 2015 on this matter to refund my money as I am not interested in buying warranty void phones. I have already given them all the proofs including call recording, HTC email confirmation, PDF document received from HTC, HTC website details that confirms iKoncept is fake seller along with invoice copy, phone box image etc. But to my surprise global brand like eBay is not at all helping me out with eBay guarantee claim#1171583 raised on 17th August, 2015 thereby avoiding refund to me and encouraging such fraudulent sellers. After several unsuccessful follow-ups with eBay and seller iKoncept, I now have requested legal assistance from ICRPC (International Consumer Rights Protection Council). I understand that it will take around 20 days for ICRPC to send legal notice on my behalf to eBay and seller. I am hopeful to get refund of my money with penalty for all the pain that eBay and iKoncept has caused me. But meanwhile I have decided to make people aware of fraudulent business done by ebay.in with the help of cheap local sellers like iKoncept selling warranty void products to public. I hope this message when made social would caution people from buying anything on eBay and other online websites thereby reducing number of online frauds happening around with genuine buyers like me. I have made available to public most of the proofs including audio call recordings with ebay, HTC. Below you can find details of the same. These calls would give you clear picture of how customers are treated and assisted by eBay. Their clear intention is to deny any assistance and make sure customer leaves behind his problem in frustration. Moreover to a funny extent, now eBay in a call happened on 7th September, 2015 have made a demand that I should produce confirmation about seller iKoncept from HTC on their letterhead. Without that they would not even consider my case for further processing. This is all so strange and unprofessional from eBay as they themselves are not able to produce any proof showing seller is either registered or authorized with HTC on their letterhead or even in email with scanned documentary proof that I could take to HTC. Also be aware that the seller is registered on ebay.in with fake name ''mobile*''. Even ebay was shocked for a moment when they came to know that I have received invoice from iKoncept where in ebay.in there customer support executive could only verify '' mobile*'' as seller of my phone. Certain details are mentioned below for information purpose only and to show how formally the fraud is executed by eBay and its sellers like iKoncept. It is my humble request and suggestion to all buyers that stop buying anything on eBay and probably on other online portals as long as you do not get warranty confirmation from product manufacturer itself.                                   Dear Online Customers, I have recently become the victim of online fraud. I urge all the online buyers to be extra cautious while buying branded products online. “Why?”. I have tried to detail all the issues and pain I had with recent online purchase of smart phone on ebay.in. The HTC Desire 826 smartphone that I bought from eBay on 16th July, 2015 is no more functioning. Touchscreen is not working at all. I cannot unlock the phone and hence cannot even type anything on the phone. I am not even able to shutdown phone once started. Problem started within just one month of the purchase. I had purchased this phone over ebay.in by paying Rs. 22596/-. I understand being long term mobile phone user that product could have malfunctioned. But when I had approached HTC Service Center in Camp area of Pune around 16th August, 2015 I was denied service and warranty of this phone purchased just a month back. HTC Service Center and HTC Customer Care had reviewed my phone, phone box, warranty card, invoice from eBay and actual eBay seller i.e. iKoncept after which they confirmed that the eBay seller named iKoncept is neither authorized nor registered seller of HTC phones. To my shock they have shown me complete list of HTC authorized sellers which does not include iKoncept. This list is also available on htc.com/in under "Buy now" option for HTC Desire 826 where you can search location wise sellers. I also have this confirmation from HTC Service team in email and they have provided all the sellers list to me from Delhi/New Delhi in PDF format which does not include iKoncept. On the other hand eBay and sellers invoice that I have received shows that iKoncept is seller from New Delhi. I have also recorded my audio calls with HTC Customer Care, Service team which confirm over the phone that iKoncept is unauthorized seller and hence my phone is warranty void. I have been following up with eBay and its seller iKoncept since 17th August, 2015 on this matter to refund my money as I am not interested in buying warranty void phones. I have already given them all the proofs including call recording, HTC email confirmation, PDF document received from HTC, HTC website details that confirms iKoncept is fake seller along with invoice copy, phone box image etc. But to my surprise global brand like eBay is not at all helping me out with eBay guarantee claim#1171583 raised on 17th August, 2015 thereby avoiding refund to me and encouraging such fraudulent sellers. After several unsuccessful follow-ups with eBay and seller iKoncept, I now have requested legal assistance from ICRPC(International Consumer Rights Protection Council). I understand that it will take around 20 days for ICRPC to send legal notice on my behalf to eBay and seller. I am hopeful to get refund of my money with penalty for all the pain that eBay and iKoncept has caused me. But meanwhile I have decided to make people aware of fraudulent business done by ebay.in with the help of cheap local sellers like iKoncept selling warranty void products to public. I hope this message when made social would caution people from buying anything on eBay and other online websites thereby reducing number of online frauds happening around with genuine buyers like me. I would soon upload all proofs and call recordings on social websites including the calls with eBay Customer Care. These calls would give you clear picture of how customers are treated and assisted by eBay. Their clear intention is to deny any assistance and make sure customer leaves behind his problem in frustration. Moreover to a funny extent now eBay in a call happened on 7th September, 2015 have made a demand that I should produce confirmation about seller iKoncept from HTC on their letterhead. Without that they would not even consider my case for further processing. This is all so strange and unprofessional from eBay as they themselves are not able to produce any proof showing seller is either registered or authorized with HTC on their letterhead or even in email with scanned documentary proof that I could take to HTC. Certain details are mentioned below for information purpose only and to show how formally the fraud is executed by eBay and its sellers like iKoncept.                                     Images of products would be different in eBay site... and quality of product is different..if you ask them to return back...they will say stories..
