I bought a Samsung stylus pen from Advaith Inc(eBay seller) and that guy has delivered me a broken seal box and a used product which is not working on my phone or even I tried on different one but no use. When I ask him about the same he replies by saying it has manufacturing warranty so contact Samsung Service Center. How come it is possible for a customers to get it serviced even without using for atleast a day. What this guy will do is like will send the used product to the customer as it has manufacturing warranty so customer will get it repaired with samsung. So they are using the product for quiet some time or sending the defective product because they don't want to take any headache and throwing the used product on customer's face.
PLEASE NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AND INFORM YOUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES ALSO, COMPLETE FRAUD PERSON. My money was wasted on this useless product which is kept aside for months. Please file a case on this company or inform me the procedure and PLEASE DON'T FORGET THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM.

    my ebay Claim ID:170316 they have given the decision in favour of buyer think think that i am wrong and what ever documents was provided by me was false but now i can prove that i have sent the product as i said . because they told me that buyer will send all the things what ever he got and i got the courier today and i would like to inform you all that the weight of the box is 580 grams and the weight of the courier which i have send to the buyer it was 940 grams you all can verify it by pod copy. and the difference in the weight is exat the same weight of the mobile (345 grams) which means that the buyer got the product and he told me and ebay company a lie that he has not got the product and my claim adjuster manish supervisor he has given decision in favour of buyer and i know he is wrong .and now i think manish should pay my money back as he always supported the buyer as a superviser.i have all the pod copy and courier recipt. and as i lost my new mobile you all can track it and find who is the guilty.

      these ebay.in people have suspended my account & now they neither allow to sell neither allow to buy any product on their site... still why this rascals go on sending promo mails to buy their products...
      repeatedly contacted their customer center via email live chat... still kutta people keep on sending mails... these are such bhadvas who dont want even customers to buy products on their site... become a big company from a small one through buyers & today chutias dont want buyers and say we have enough buyers... ...

          I purchased 2(two) mobile phones from Ebay.in on 24.08.2012 . The details of the transactions are given below-

          (1) Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos mobile ( paisa pay ID - [protected], Amount paid - Rs.11,489.99)

          The offer at that time was "mobile pe mobile offer", through which, it was assured- 'one free mobile phone each, with every mobile phone purchased'(ie., Nokia 101 phone free with Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos and Samsung Guru phone free with Sony Xperia Arc S mobile). So I was eligible for 4(four) mobile phones in total.

          I received the 3(three) mobile phones out of the four mobiles mentioned above within one month(Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos and Sony Xperia Arc S through Blue Dart courier to my office address and nokia 101 phone through Indiapost to my Home Address). Six months passed since then. But the Samsung Guru mobile phone, which is free (eBay gift voucher B1G1FMPMM2 (Rs. 0.01) ) with sony Xperia Arc mobile, is not received till date.

          I already mailed them many times and called at their customer care number many times. But every time I got mere assurances from the customer care that, the product will reach within 15 days, within 20 days, within 45 days etc. I don’t know what type of customer care are they actually providing?.

          Last time when I called them, ie. One week before, the representative of customer care told me that he cant help me anyways and he will take up the matter with the gifts & promotions department and they will call me back within 48 hours. But no such call recived from them till date. Anyhow, I dont need any call from them. But my only demand is the Mobile Phone for which i already paid the amount 6 months before. If this is the way ebay treating its customers, how can I refer this site to my friends?

          In this circumstances, I once again request you to kindly look into this complaint and help me by taking necessary steps to get my phone.

          This shows double standard of marketing.

          this is himesh, holding an e aby buyimg account in e bay.in. last form one year I have been trading with e bay and hae bot all 35 possitive ratings .inspite of that I purchased an produt thats listed in e bay from a seller by e aby and I paid for that through paisa pay channel .after one month of thorougho corresponednce they sent me tje product which was completely diffarent from listing.So I sent bact the product to seller and asked him to refund. the seller agreed for that and said to refund it through paisa pay and also confirmed about reciving back the product . the after one month according to e bay O claimed for my refund.since then E BAY hsnt refunded me instead its suspended my accountthis is one and the simliar is one more fro kerala seller I have suffered fro e bay.
          be ware of e bay and suggest me if any thisng possible to teach these frauds, along with E BAY.

          eBay.in — Offer given not being fulfilled

          Hi,

          I have made an purchase of Sony 220 camera from online shopping website ebay.in.That time they have floated christmas & new year offer; wherein every customer was entitled for a specific gift as per the invoice value.There were some options given to each customer for choosing the free gift in each slab.

          I have paid Rs.10,850/- for the same and got entitled for the free gift and thus opted for a swatch watch , which was supposed to get delivered within 45 days of purchase. Its been more than 4 months , I have bought this camera but still waiting for the wrist watch.

          1st time when i have lodged the complaint on 2nd feb'2010 , I have been told it has come back since nobody was there at delivery location. Assuming they are right , how long will it take to dispatch the same gift again. Moreover,if any consignee is not available at delivery location , he/she should be contacted via mail or phone , which was never being done in our case.

          Now , whenever I am contacting these people , I always get a new commitment for next 7 or 15 days. But its high time no action has been taken. Evrytime they are just buying time by some or other way.Now I am really hopeless to get anything from there side and really feeling cheated, since this purchase was made only due to this offer , otherwise we could have ourchased the same product at a lesser price in the market.

          I really dont know what to do in such a case and where to go for some resolution. Hope to get some supportive action from your side.

          eBay.in — Incompetency of service by ebay

          I bought a Apple Iphone through ebay on 24th of July. I did not received the iten within the time limit prescribed by ebay and consequently i was given two options to select from: "1) I have received the product, 2) I have not received the product and would like the refund".
          Since i did not received the item, i selected the second option. Two days later the item was delivered at the shipping address. When i was informed that the item has reached, i cancelled the refund. I personally received the item the next day. The phone was not at all as it was represented on ebay. There were several discrepancies including two cracks in the phone.
          When i told ebay about the said problem and asked them to open a refund request, they said that since i cancelled the refund once, they cannot reopen the case. After a while of convincing, they said that they will escalate the case to superior authorities but they failed to do so. It has been almost 10 days and i have not received a single call from ebay regarding the case and i have called ebay several times but they are not helping me in the said matter.

          You are requested to look into the matter.

          It’s been couple of days we were in exchange of mails. he continued saying wait for couple more days, one fine day he wrote me saying he will Re-shipping the item, I requested him to ship the item in 5 days, he failed to do so & agreed to refund. In this contest I had complained in PayPal about the seller, they had issued me complaint no which was valid for 15 days, In the course of mail exchange with the seller the complaint with PayPal got closed automatically.

          Payment Follow up:

          1. PayPal is refusing the resolve the issue & neither willing to repay my amount
          2. The seller “Skycreator Universal LTD Completed” email ID is ezshopcn2013
          they demanded me to rate him 5 starts, then only he will refund my money. I rated him
          later he refuses to pay my money.
          3. Ebay is customer support is not responding or solving the issue.

          4. Paypal have deleted my invoice (payment receipt from ID) from my account

          Now neither the ebay customer support is responding to mails, nor the paypal & seller.

          Please provide me the solution.

          EBAY — Not Delivering of Product on time

          I had booked 'Sony Cybershot DSC-H55' on 26th October, 2010 with ebay with PaisaPay ID [protected].
          But I was so stupid that I used such a pathetic and illiterate source, ebay to book a product. They have not just screwed my valuable time but also I felt massive frustration and anger for NOT delivering my product on time.
          Ebay simply cannot refund money only for not delivering product on time. They have also to pay for the mental tension person has went though because of frustration and anger by fake commitment and 420 by ebay. I will not going to leave ebay for this kind of behavior. I hope they are not illusion that being a company not from India they can make fun of Indians and make them befooled at the end. I will try my level best to make ebay a massive massive pay. I am devasted and frustrated.

          This is Haresh Parmar from Vasai, Mumbai. Before 2 months i had purchased a Nokia E63 phone from "The Mobile Store (Vasai)" worth RS: 9039. There was offer going from Nokia saying if anyone purchase a Nokia mobile more the Rs: 7000 a gift voucher will be given. With purchases of above moible i got a gift voucher in which i won "Reebok Watch" worth Rs: 2500. Till then i was not told anything about how to avial this prize. I though i will be getting it on the same store. But then i was told to courier the voucher to below address with DD of Rs: 299:

I send the DD and voucher to the above address and call "Fair Link Center" to know when i will be getting the gift and i was told that i will be getting gift within one month (i.e. 10th Oct 2010). I kept calling every 10 days to know the status. After one month i called again as i did not received the gift. I got to know they have still not dispatched gift. From that day till 20days, every day i kept follups but they were not responding me properly (Contact Person Name at Travel Port[fair link]: Swati, Shabhnam). Then it was told me gift has been despatced through DTDC courier serveices and i am the person to contact DTDC to get updates. The contact no. of DTDC courier was always busy and i was helpless as "Fair Link Center" peoples were not helping me to know where exactly the gift is.

          Finally i got number of one of DTDC courier agent and i got to know gift is at vasai DTDC courier location. I went there personally and took my gift.

          When i open the gift i was shocked, because watch was damanged. Glass on watch was broken. Also i inquired on some shops and i got to know the watch was worth RS: 150-250.

          Finally i went back to "The Mobile Store (Vasai)" and i told them suitation. They said this offer was from Nokia and they cannot help in anyways. I had lot of argument with "The Mobile Store (Vasai)" dealer but they did not accpeted any of my requests and i left gift over there.

          Nokia is making fool of peoples. They should not commit what they cannot give to the customer.
          To increase their product sales they keep such offers and when times comes to give back the gift, they give low quality and less price gift.

          eBay.in — Faulty Charger

          I have purchased a Sony Electronic Charger on Ebay through the seller JMJ Electronics and have informed the seller on receipt that the Charger is faulty and have been trying to reach the seller and have provided with all the details but there has been no response from the seller.

          I took up the issue with Ebay and the customer support was kind enough to ask me raise a claim in case if the seller is not responding and after raising the claim Ebay responds saying that the claim was not raised within the stipulated time of 30 days and suggest me to resolve the issue with the seller amicably.

          How can I resolve the issue amicably when the seller is not responding and is it not the ebay responsibility to resolve the issue rather than suggesting the customer to resolve.

          i bought HTC desire from ebay.in around first week of feb 2011. At that time ebay has a valentine gift offer. According to the offer i was supposed to get a 500GB hard Drive within 45 days. Its been more than than 5 months and i still havent received my gift. I called customer care of ebay couple of times and wrote many mails regarding the issue. But I did not get any satisfactory reply from their end. All i got is "we are working on the issue and can not say when we can resolve the issue". I started believing that the ebay.in have started bluffing their customers.

          eBay.in — Didn't receive item i paid for

          I have purchased an item through eBay India and I have made the transaction on 22th Oct 2012. PaisaPay ID [protected]. I never received the item. I sent many emails to the seller but he would reply me back. He claims to have sent and delviered the item. But i never received it. So i have proceeded a refund claim in ebay for my product. But ebay rejected my refund request by saying seller has already delivered the stuff.
          I called to ebay customer support god knows how many times to know about the status of my claim and their live chat help just sight! Its session ends in like 1 mins, you have to wait 10-20mins to be able to speak to them and before you expain your situation the sesson ends or if you get lucky they'll say pls give us a moment to check your claim then you just wait and wait and the session expires. It has completely frustrate me. 40% my purchase with ebay always goes wrong. Unfortunately I ebay a lot.
          Now I would like to bring ebay to the court for dishonouring my purchase deal and also making me feel insecure on online shopping. Further more I would be with that the seller needs to be punished heavily so that they do not attempt to neglect any of the consumers interest. I would like that the consumer complaint forum team help me or suggest me to get the matter resolved from them. and help me to get my amount.

          This is more than 15-16 times that I tried contacting ebay for claiming my ebay gift. But got no response so far.

          My case details are: I have purchased a laptop (toshiba) having paisapay ID - [protected] on 23rd july along with friendship day offer (ebay gift voucher yobuddy012).           After thee long waiting, I got a parcel from Ebay on 4the April 2013(7 monthes and 10 days later after payment!). but when I opened it, I saw a Nokia 101 mobile instead of thee Samsung Guru phone, which was assured by Ebay. So I called theeir customer care on 5the April and told theese theings to thee customer care executive. He, as expected, told me theat he can’t do anytheing on theis matter and he could only inform thee mater to thee gifts & promotion department and theey would call me back. On 7the of April, I got a call back from Ebay gifts & promotion department and I repeated thee whole story to theem and told theem theat I don’t want thee Samsung phone anymore and I asked theem to eitheer refund me Rs.500/- or give me a gift voucher worthe Rs.500/- as thee difference in price of Nokia 101 phone and Samsung Guru phone. After Hearing all thee story, theey told me theat theey will again call me withein 48 hours. But even after one monthe I received no such call from theem.

          I am sure theat it is the result of thee complaint I filed here, I got a phone at least. In theis circumstances, I once request you to look into thee matter once again and take necessary step for thee cash back of gift voucher of Rs.500/- at thee earliest.

            100% satisfaction, replacement and refund guaranteed by ebay is completely fals. I purchased a mobile from ebay global easy buy which was delivered to me and when that packing was opened it had broken battery connector pin. I raised ebay guarantee claim # 174144. In the meantime I got a mail from ebay on 27th feb that I need to send the pictures of the item within 48 hours and Failure to respond to this e-mail within 48 hrs may result in this claim being defaulted by you and being closed in favor of the seller.
            Unfortunately I was shifting from delhi to baroda on 27th and 28th feb and was travelling and not able to access mails during that time. Moreover I havent received any calls from ebay ever regarding this claim and finally I reverted them on March 4 when I settled after the transition.

            To my surprise when I called up Ebay customer care today, the CCO told me that nothing can be done now and infact was pointing silly reasons to tell me that claim doesnt looks genuine and nothing can be done now. Infact I told him that I was really travelling and I havent received any calls from ebay as I was all the time available on the phone and can substantiate the same with proofs i.e. Air Ticket/ Boarding pass/ Transfer letter from my company / Movers and packers job sheet as well as invoice etc but the person said that nothing can be done now.

            Now I have lost all the trust on ebay as they really dont care for their customer and they have also made a false claim that they tried to contact me which I can assure that they have not.

            I recommened that pls beware of all online website and specially ebay as you might loose your hard earned money buying faulty products with false ebay guarantee which is never fulfilled.

Is this the service you guys give to the consumer. when you dont want to sell y u promote the add on ebay??

                  Hi, i placed an order for a hard disk on ebay.in and paid the amount though paisapay on 3th Jan 2013. The item was not shipped on the date promised, after several follow ups with the sellar i was told that i would get it next few days and provide me with an airbill number. On not receiving the item, i again followed up seller by email and he did not respond. I made a call and he says speak to ebay customer support. I called customer supoprt and they said the issue will be resolved in next 2-3 days.

But till today i.e. 03/12/2011 we have received the courier. The courier booking slip with the POD No. A28067915. We are continously calling all the deaprments in Shimoga and Bangalore. But noone is considereing this request. They are behaving very irresponisle in this matter. Every we are bearing a large amount of tax for not submitting the documents in which the hard disc is containing. Consider this request as a serious matter and do the needful we are dorging a compaint to the police department also with regard to this matter.

My shipping address was in Kerala 's state capital Thiruvananthapuram and many days after shipping the container has reached imphal and on the eighth day to Delhi etc, etc. One fails to understand the utter failure in despatch. But till date I have not received the gift as mentioned above. I have contacted the consumer executives of Ebay on 15 November 2012, 06 February 2013 and 11 February 2013. But everytime, they promised me that they will send the gift as mentioned above and also they will update me either by call or by email. But till date (25.02.2013, they have not even bother to update me with the details and also they have not even send me the gift for which I was eligible. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                      I bought an item on eBay which came to be faulty and was not working at all.

                      I had a conversation with one of the employee of eBay claim department.

                      On phone I was told about the purchased Item Ebay people will contact seller and ask him to replace the item and they will let me know whatever the seller says.
                      Instead of contacting seller I have recieved email that my case has been closed and eBay has rejected my claim.
                      On phone I was told something different.they closed my case without contacting me.

                      Also if you check the listing of the seller it is written "If product received is defective, please return it within 3-7 days of receipt" before contacting ebay I have contacted seller he didn't bother to reply to my email which was send through ebay

                      PaisaPay ID [protected], Claim ID: 1019876 On 23-May-2015 i have placed an order for a micromax X090 mobile (Rs. 981). But i received a dead mobile and also in the product description battery capacity was mentioned 1800mah but actually it was 1750mah. I called seller and ebay reported the same and asked to provide the refund. But they rejected the claim saying that product is under warranty So i approached micromax service center and they also refused to provide the warranty as imei number is not listed in the database. I again called ebay reported this and requested to at least reopen the claim under "Item not as described" as battery capacity is also not same what it was mentioned. They have asked me to provide the proof of the same so i mailed the images of the mobile & battery to them. Later eBay & seller told me that they will provide the replacement and asked me to send the product back to seller and they will refund the shipping charges (Rs.150). I reshipped the product to seller and sent the scanned and courier reference number to ebay I got replacement of the mobile but so far i have not revised bill with updated imei number for claiming warranty, shipping charges nor card reader which was free bee with it. I have contacted seller multiple times but he is not responding properly or not taking call from my number Even i have sent many mails to eBay and called multiple times but no proper reply. Always got common reply that "we are investigating or we are processing" but not proper resolution on it The last mail i got from ebay on 27th jun, saying that claim has been rejected because i have not provided any proofs. whereas i have been writing mails to ebay & calling ebay customer care no, i have sent images of the mobile & battery and scanned copy of the courier receipt for reshipping product back to seller and note from micromax for imei not in their database. Now i need full refund of it.

                        Details :3.14or22by7 sent a message about Brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 16GB ( Galaxy S III SGH-T999 )with accessories box #[protected]
                        The phone was sold to me as Samsung Galaxy Siii Repairable in India. My phone has got damaged and cannot be repaired as it is not a normal Siii phone but a phone that has been purchased from a country other than India. In which case, none of the Samsung Service people are co-operating and nor have I got a revert from E-bay India. But , I think , it is wrong on part of Ebay India to let people sell products in India which are not repairable in India. My phone is only 30 days old , I did not expect that I will face such a problem with such an expensive purchase.
                        I am consumer who is bearing the brunt of companies like e-bay and seller like Mr. Senthil.
                        Please help as my phone is in warranty but cannot be repaired.

                          During the month of september ebay was running a offer where i[censored] buy for certain amount you will get a free gift.During that period i have bought products worth around 61000 using different promotion codes for different free gifts.MyPaisapay ids (order id ) were [protected],[protected], [protected] and i hv used different codes which entitles me for free gifts which are LG OPTIMUS L3 Mobile phone.                                 1day in cust care they said me that they have dispatched the free gift through bluedart on 3rd jan with tracking id [protected] which was an invalid one .again when i called back and asked them about this aftr 5 days they told they dispatched only on jan 8 and that no is not trackable but still gift didnt reach me.why should fake information be provided????please see to this matter asap and provide me correct details

                                  I am sheshu,

                                  I purchased "New TPLINK Wireless N 150 Mbps Router TL-WR740N WiFi 3 year Warranty TP-LINK" item on 21 jan 2013 from ebay. After two days i recived message from ebay, saying that your item is sent by fedex couriour.

                                  I tracked the item on 23th jan 2013, it says "In Transist". Next day (24th jan 2013) it shown "Your item is delivered". But iam not received my item. I called the courier dept, they said some "sachin" person revived the item. but i dont know who is sachin. I called ebay, they also said same thing.

                                  But i am not recived my item. What i do, I lost my money. Please help me.

                                  On non-receipt of the item, I have complained to Ebay India, Ebay Honk kong customer support and Ebay Trust & safety through email and so far i have neither received neither the item, nor the refund nor any positive reply. I had given up in a desperate situation. But when I learnt that there is a forum to help in such circumstances I had a a ray of hope.

                                    SR# 1-[protected] SR# 1-[protected]. i have purchased the winknet product throught the offer on ebay where in they had a promotion and i choose the Philips hairdresser offer through paisa pay id : [protected]. i still didnt receive the philips gift.i contacted ebay through email about the same. They assigned an SR# 1-[protected] and replied back “Thank you for contacting us.We understand from that you want to know about the gift status, when you will be receiving the gift for the PaisaPay ID: [protected]. On checking our records, we notice that you have made the payment on 03-Oct-12 and have successfully redeemed for the "DUSSEHR007" offer. We are glad to inform you that you are eligible for the Dusshara Gift.
