I ve been told to wait upto 24 oct by ebay to process the refund, but yet refund has not been processed amount to 349inr, they are cheating. Item id: [protected]

P1710190015496881834440 this is transaction id for the order i paid through phone pe wallet on 18th oct at 12:13am amounts to 349 inr, money was deducted. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and contact number is :[protected], previously also they didn't manage to process my refund back in 2015, i will never purchase anything from ebay

    I have purchased sony z5 dual from sarftrading on ebay. I got the product with sealed pack. Used about a month. Got heating problem. It is very annoying. Heating a lot. I have updated software then also no solution. Heating does not go off. Tried many methods but didn't solve problem. Contacted the seller too they told ship the product to us but if i ship it to them they will install software once again but the same thing i have done that didn't solve. So i want replacement.

      The item was ordered on 23rd sept. I waited for 10 days and at last i bought the item from the market. Then it had no use for me. So i decided to cancel the order and raised a claim on 04th october. It was in process but suddenly on 08th october a delivery boy delivered the item to my home. My family members were not aware of it. So they received it. Then ebay team close claim without consulting with me. I contacted them but they refused to help. Then i contacted the seller. I told all these in detail. He is ready to receive the item back. So i returned the item with proper packing and using expanses from my pocket. The seller received the item on 14th october. But then he was hesitating to refund. Whenever i call him he said that he is out of station. Slowly i can understand that i was dealing with a cheater. His name is majeed ansari. But still i poke him regularly. On 24th october the seller is saying that the item is broken. Please beware of ebay and specially its fraud sellers.

          Ebay has stolen my money, despite repeated attempts the demand draft of rs2677 has not arrived nor will it ever do so. With such finesse ebay first pacified me with the customer care person talking to me assuring me then i waited more. Nothing. My order no [protected], the defective tablet/mobile their courier collected from my residence on the 6th of sep.
          I will not allow this corporate giant to bulldoze over me. I am not a victim i am a law abiding citizen of my country india. I will fight. For what is right. I refuse to let it go. I wonder if my belonging to a minority religious community has something to do with this cheating. I could access media make a point? Whatever the consequences are, those who are truthful are not afraid.

          No! Ebay is repeatedly denying the fact that they have taken back the defective mobile/tablet and swallowed my money.
          I sent several mail with every little details for a dd as they asked me to.
          Ebay is not only a crook it's a congenital psychopathic liar as well.
          I have contacted cyber crime.. But i will keep submitting complaint here everyday and that will gall you irritate you stress you out you see this is exactly what ebay has done to me. Tit for tat.[protected]

            Dear sir
            Undersigned purchased the refurbished mobile cost rs 1499 from ebay.
            After verification it was found that quality is not good and send back.
            In lie of that ebay had send us the dd of rs 1499 but unfortunately name was not as my actual name.
            Immediately informed and rectified the name with ebay and request them to issue fresh dd with right name.
            Now after expiry of 3-4months still i am waiting for my dd and after lot assurance from ebay no refund is initiated.
            Pls help me for getting my refund and a action should be taken against for defaulter.

              I had purchased an original br3086cg battery for intex aqua mobile from ebay order dated 24/08/2017 your record number : 13313 ref # : [protected]

              The battery worked well for few days but now its not holding the charge. It gets charged quickly and also discharge quickly. Its backup lasts only for 30 minutes and then it gets switched off.

              Please replace this battery as soon as possible

                  I had ordered one item in june 2017 that i did not receive at all.
                  Till now (October 2017), i am struggling to get my refund. I had maid payment through credit card.

                  Ebay customer service is pathetic.

                  Everytime i contacted customer care, i received a respopnse that due to techical issues, the refund can not be processed.

                  They asked me to provide my neft details, so that amount can be transffered to my account. I provided.

                  Still, they have given me a coupen forcefully, that will expire in 3 months.
                  I have made this point clear to customer service, that i don't want any coupen. I want my money.

                  I don't know whom to contact now.
                  I have attached the screen shot of conversations happened over this time period.

                  I have contacted Ebay Customer more than 10 times and nothing has happened till now.
                  Last time i contacted Ebay Customer service, on 20th October 2017.
                  The Person who was assisting me had assured me that i will get a call back from ebay the same day.

                  Till now i have not received even a single Mail or call.
                  It happens everytime.

                  And i don't understand why the hell i am not reachable only to Ebay?
                  My phone is working fine. I am in network area. There is no problem of signals. I do make and receive calls.

                  Along with that, my mail id is active. I do respond when i get a mail.

                        I have purchases mobile screen with digitizer for my htc 8x windows phone in nov 2016 wide ebay paisa pay id:[protected].

                        On portal ebay claimed that this part is original.

                        On receiving i have taken the prt to service center, service center claimed part is not original and not as per specification so they are not able to fix it in mobile.

                        When contacted ebay thay pathc with end vednor and end vendor refused to accept and told my part is original if it is not being fixed in your mobile it is your headache.

                        After word ebay have closed the case and no one is listening even matter has been escalated to top shot of ebay i. E. Latif nathani.

                        I need supoort from this forum t get the resolution.

                            I have purchased kaspersky internet security 2017 product from ebay and its not working below are the details of the same. Pls look into this and refund my money

                            9-oct - purchased kaspersky internet security 2017 product paisapay id # [protected]

                            9-oct - received product key in the form of email and sms

                            9-oct - tried to use it but it did not work. Got "you have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code" message

                            9-oct - raised claim #3201374 to refund my money

                            10-oct - claim rejected saying product is in manufacturing warranty

                            10-oct - reachout to kaspersky product support with the help of ebay customer care

                            12-oct to 17-oct - communication happening between me and manufacturer support for getting issue resolve.in all communication i have kept paisa pay team email so that you also get all information.

                            17-oct - manufacturer return saying product purchase is not genuine with below details.
                            Kaspersky customers who chose to purchase products on an unofficial seller/distributor, sometimes encounter an issue with activation limit exceeded. This issue is caused by the fact that many sellers simply resell the same activation code for a kaspersky product to multiple customers. Those customers, who perform the activation later than the others, encounter issues such as, activation limit exceeded, shortened duration of licenses and many other activation and license-violation related issues.

                            1) the only resolution is to contact the e-bay retailer/seller for a refund of your purchase.

                            2) in order to avoid such inconvenience, we recommend to purchase kaspersky products through our official e-store at http://www.kaspersky.com/store

                              I have purchased iphone 6 16gb unlocked from ebay india on 02/10/2017 after making several calls they dispatched the buy after receiving the i opens it and found that iphone is in disabled mod, same day i contacted ebay customer and and raised a complaint in ebay guaranty My claim 3210902 was opened and till date nothing has happened. I spoke with customer care regarding this issue and ask me to wait 2 hours for a call back for the resolution. And i got a call back from customer care end and convince me as "the product was delivered to the wrong person. Please wait 48 hours. We will deliver to you".

                                I waited 48 hours. But, no use. I raised a complaint regarding this issue on 10th oct 2017.

                                On 11th oct 2017, i visited the courier office and get the product. While i receiving the product, the product packing looks like little damaged. I ask the courier office about this. He replied as "the pack may be opened by some courier branch for taking the slip/invoice copy". I opened the product from the courier office itself and fount a damaged product.
                                I called the customer care and ask them to raise a complaint regarding this and requested a return pickup.

                                On 12th oct 2017, i didn't found any open request for return/refund on my ebay account other then a resolved complaint for already opened regarding the fake delivery update.
                                I called customer care regarding this issue.
                                I shouted on them and ask then to raise a claim. They told me that they requested for re-open the closed request from their end and it take maximum upto 72 hours. (I. E, on or before 15th oct 2017). But, nothing happened. I called them again. The ask me to wait. Again waited. But, no use. I called them on 17th oct 2017. Again ask me to wait. I shouted again. They cut the call. 18th oct 2017, they replied they requested a re-open again for the same issue and ask me to wait 72 hours again. I need me money back. I submitted the proof. Please find the attachments please do me the need full as soon as possible.

                                  I had placed an order for new orpat ot calculator. 12th i received a message that item has been shipped. Estimated delivery by 16 oct to 17 oct. To day i got the message that"thank you for confirming that"brand new orpat ot-5"was delivered to you on 12-oct-17". I didn't receive the item as of now.

                                  So, please enquire about this and make arrangements to get the item.

                                      I had placed the order will full payment on october 4th 2017.
                                      I received an email saying that delivery will be done on 9th-10th october 2017.
                                      Later i contacted ebay for not delivering in the estimated dates. They extended the delivery date to 16th october 2017.
                                      And at this point, even i have lost all patience.
                                      I could have purchased the same product from some other site.
                                      I know ebay might initiate a refund and close the case, however, i want a justification for the time i was made to waste on this.
