Ebay. This loathsome repulsive insect now pleads ignorance! How unique is that huh?
After several interactions ebay is clueless, such administration is unworthy of being in existence (If it exists at all)
Now just relax you have riled me so i cannot allow anymore of these lies/games to affect me,

Ordered the item one touch select simple 30 test strip (10x3) + 100 round lancets price: rs. 649.00 and paid rs.749/- also received message from my bank pasted as follows... Rs. 749.00 was spent on 27-oct-2017 via card no xxxx6815billdesk through online payment gateway. A/c bal is rs. 1, 771.13 cr and avl bal is rs. 1, 771.13.. Please do needful and send it. The sight didn't respond after otp sent. After filling otp next screen was redirect to http//bill desk.com /pgidsk/pgifssresponse handler/. And then it hanged, i waited 15 minutes.. But no response, mean while received sms from bank that amount 749rs. Deducted..

I purchased a laptop (Order date 8-october & delivery date 14- october) through ebay, but it is not working properly. I just raised ebay guarantee (18 october) and the claim id is 3222559. They didn't solve my problem. Actually ebay was contact at 25-october, 2017 through a phone call and they asked details everything, they asked me for pickup the product at 26-october. I just said, present i'm in out of city please give me two days excuse. At that time ok sir we will call at 27-october then we will confirm the pickup date. But still they didn't call to me. Please solve this problem. Here i'm uploading the claim report.

A fraud member of ebay vikram kumar gupta sbi ac [protected] has been deposited rs12500 from me on his account on 25.10.17 for a ebay.in prize collection. Already i was deposited rs 12500. So now he not response s on my call or don't give me the prize. Plz help me sir. Two person are involved vikram kr. Gupta ([protected]) and avinish kumar ([protected]). Please solved this sir.

Ebay india has became a platform for unscrupulous sellers to sell smuggled and counterfeit good by raising false tax invoices. It is very surprising that ebay india does not check the credibility and authenticity of their vendors/sellers. Ebay has not yet taken any action against such a seller (M/s av gurus of mumbai) even after providing all documentary evidences, unfortunately trying to protect the seller by rejecting my complaint. This clearly speaks of ebay's unethical trade practices. Ebay and such sellers are cheating customers and the country by evading tax and opening up channels for unauthorized sells to sell grey, smuggled and counterfeit items.

I bought a pioneer av receiver costing rs 45000/- through ebay.in in march 2017 and the seller was m/s audio visual gurus of mumbai. The equipment is defective, when pioneer india pvt ltd was contacted for servicing, they denied me warranty and free service on the ground the equipment is not genuine and seller is unauthorized dealer. All these information was provided to ebay.in and to the sellers.

My account hacked and i don't know who buy the products from ebay after that i call ebay customer care and tell all of things i saud you just stop it product delivery stop the payment byt they refuse i want my money i don't know who use my bank account and now

I have been using ebay.in from past 8 years. I have been cheated so many times. For few i got refund for few i have not due to ebay worst policies. Ebay simply accepts applications from sellers to join in ebay as a seller. Ebay is just a mediator, what they know what type of items does sellers are delivering to customers. I have been suggesting ebay for friends from the time i amusing it. After i started facing issues i stopped suggsting ebay for them as ebay is not taking care os customers perspective. Ebay always tries to throw an error towards customer only. I think they dont understand if they do like that good customers will be effected and they will expand the bad news about ebay every where and it will effect ebay business. Reason behind this complaint is ebay india is not taking care of customers they always tries to prove seller is correct.

I have ordered for below product through ebay.com and payed online for it.
When the product arrived, it was crumpled and with poor quality.
Due to this, io raised an ebay claim for return of the product.
However, ebay has rejected the claim, without statung any reason.
Please help resolving the issue.

I ve been told to wait upto 24 oct by ebay to process the refund, but yet refund has not been processed amount to 349inr, they are cheating. Item id: [protected]

I have purchased sony z5 dual from sarftrading on ebay. I got the product with sealed pack. Used about a month. Got heating problem. It is very annoying. Heating a lot. I have updated software then also no solution. Heating does not go off. Tried many methods but didn't solve problem. Contacted the seller too they told ship the product to us but if i ship it to them they will install software once again but the same thing i have done that didn't solve. So i want replacement.

The item was ordered on 23rd sept. I waited for 10 days and at last i bought the item from the market. Then it had no use for me. So i decided to cancel the order and raised a claim on 04th october. It was in process but suddenly on 08th october a delivery boy delivered the item to my home. My family members were not aware of it. So they received it. Then ebay team close claim without consulting with me. I contacted them but they refused to help. Then i contacted the seller. I told all these in detail. He is ready to receive the item back. So i returned the item with proper packing and using expanses from my pocket. The seller received the item on 14th october. But then he was hesitating to refund. Whenever i call him he said that he is out of station. Slowly i can understand that i was dealing with a cheater. His name is majeed ansari. But still i poke him regularly. On 24th october the seller is saying that the item is broken. Please beware of ebay and specially its fraud sellers.

Ebay has stolen my money, despite repeated attempts the demand draft of rs2677 has not arrived nor will it ever do so. With such finesse ebay first pacified me with the customer care person talking to me assuring me then i waited more. Nothing. My order no [protected], the defective tablet/mobile their courier collected from my residence on the 6th of sep.
I will not allow this corporate giant to bulldoze over me. I am not a victim i am a law abiding citizen of my country india. I will fight. For what is right. I refuse to let it go. I wonder if my belonging to a minority religious community has something to do with this cheating. I could access media make a point? Undersigned purchased the refurbished mobile cost rs 1499 from ebay.
After verification it was found that quality is not good and send back.
In lie of that ebay had send us the dd of rs 1499 but unfortunately name was not as my actual name.
Immediately informed and rectified the name with ebay and request them to issue fresh dd with right name.
Now after expiry of 3-4months still i am waiting for my dd and after lot assurance from ebay no refund is initiated.
Pls help me for getting my refund and a action should be taken against for defaulter.

Also they force to remove negative post on ebay. They also call and say remove your negative post, replay their mail.

I had ordered one item in june 2017 that i did not receive at all.
Till now (October 2017), i am struggling to get my refund. I had maid payment through credit card.

Ebay customer service is pathetic.

Everytime i contacted customer care, i received a respopnse that due to techical issues, the refund can not be processed.

They asked me to provide my neft details, so that amount can be transffered to my account. I provided.

Still, they have given me a coupen forcefully, that will expire in 3 months.
I have made this point clear to customer service, that i don't want any coupen. I want my money.

I don't know whom to contact now.
