I bought a blitzwolf charger for rs 800 around from ebay on 6april 2017 with 18 months warranty and now charger is not working.
There is no service centre and when i tried to talk to seller, i couldnt and seller blocked me.
I had words with ebay customer support they said that they couldnt do anything. Neither they suspended the seller nor they blocked him.
I mailed blitzwolf also, even they denied helping.
It has been one month, me doing all this and didnt got help from anyone.
I requst you to kindly see if you can do something.

    I made an order of 3 mobile phones on ebay.in and wanted to return the product as they only supplied 2 phones. I already returned the product around 15-20 days earlier but they have reluctant and always tell that my returned product is still in transaction. I have made around more than 20 calls to them but they simply say that they will update the details next day. But they never call back.
    The details of the claim raised is as follows-

    Ebay guarantee claim is raised for paisapay id-[protected], claim id-3628006. Based on seller's response provided in my messages you will be contacted shortly by our ebay claims team. Thank you for using ebay

    I am also disappointed as one customer service provider also behaved rudely with me. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful

        I was bought a terabyte speaker from ebay.in on 17 jul 2018 & received item on 27 jul 2018. When i was open the box this product is damaged. For this reason i never accept any damaged product & i was claimed on same day. The paisapay id - [protected], claim id - 3625358.
        Before shipping this product, i was talk to ebay customer care team regarding money refunding assp, they assure me that 100% money will be return as my e-banking & reshipment charge as demand draft. But after successful pick up this item, refund approved. But demand draft is not getting me, where as ebay customer care team promising me dd will be generate 12-13 working day.
        I want my shipment charge money back...

            I had purchase a terabyte mini usb speaker from ebay.in and product I received on 20/07/2018 and when I open the product I saw product was damaged. I filed a complaints same day on www.eBay.in.. Claim I’d is 3625358. and PaisaPay ID : [protected]. product price is 190 rs which i paid 30 rs by internet banking & another 160 rs by my reshipment coupon code uses. now i get only 30 rs. I had to pay return shipment charges also which company earlier promised to refund. But they have not provided refund of both product as well as those charges. I wants refund asap.

              Consumers please be aware of a cheater seller named online.easy on ebay.in.
              This is a no 1 cheater seller. He sells fake computer products. I bought some computer peripherals from him but those were totally fake. I could clearly get a clue that the product is fake.
              Also talking to customer care of the company confirmed that the products were fake.

              The seler and ebay did not process my claim stating that the product is original. The seller does not take my calls and is not ready to refund despite selling fake products.

              I am sure now with ebay & flipkart merger.the same seller is going to continue to cheat other customers on new platform. Consumers avoid ebay and flipkart and such sellers.

                              I have already wrote more than 3 Messages to ebay Customer Support for the reversal of my excess payment for which I got a reply on 12.07.2018 from Tarannum Khan that my ebay-ID BYTEME-TECHNOLOGIES is being linked to some other ebay-ID and I have to pay the ebay fees of the other account which does not belong to me.

                              I then replied to the message of Tarannum Khan and informed him that the other ebay-ID does not belong to me and I have just one ebay-ID which belongs to me and that is ByteMe-Technologies. I dont have anything to do with the other ebay-ID which was mentioned by Tarannum Khan. For the message I wrote to Tarannum Khan, I never got any reply till today.

                              I also then wrote 3 more messages to ebay customer Support and no reply came back so far. I even was on chat with Neha from customer support, I called ebay often, but nothing turned positive so far and I dont get any reply from the customer Support anymore. What is the use of
                              customer support if no one response?

                              How come the other ebay-ID linked to mine? What made ebay to link someones ebay-ID with mine?
                              Did ebay verify the other account before linking to mine? What is the proof verified by ebay?
                              I really dont know if my questions would be answered.

                              But there is no necessity for ebay to hold my excess payment for the sake of some others ebay-ID and his non-payment. I have paid all my ebay fees and I dont have anything to do with the other Ebay-ID. The only ebay-ID registered by me so far is ByteMe-Technologies and none other.

                              I am really sick and tired, calling ebay customer support many times and writing messages to ebay customer support often, for which I never received any response.

                              I hereby request you to please do the needful so that I get my excess payment reversed to my bank account. And I strongly believe that I would get a response to this message atleast.

                                I just wanted invoice of my Purchased product to repair my Earphone. So I contact ebay on 23rd of May. From that date I called Ebay for at least 13-15 times. Firstly they were saying that they will contact seller and provide me invoice but now today on 7th july they said ebay will not provide me any invoice and talked with me inappropriately. I talked with senior executive of ebay customer care and he behaved with me inappropriately. What was the point to keep me pointless for almost 1 and half months . If they wont want to provide invoice to me they must say that on 23rd May only. But they have just fooled me for such long days. Ebay Customer care you are the worst customer care service.

                                  I purchased a sennheiser headphone from EBAY on 09.07.2018 for Rs.1450 and found that the product is substandard and probably some technical defect producing no volume/bass at all.

                                  I received the item on 13.07.2018. After office in the evening I used the headphone and found that the product wasn't working well.. thought that it might be my computer's issue in output so used it on my phone TV laptop ... but the same problem persist.

                                  I raised claim immediately on 14.07.2018. Paisapay id [protected]. I even reported it to the ebay call center that there is something wrong with the headphone and have submitted for a claim. They confirmed that they have received request for the claim and will get back to me.

                                  I have received a mail from EBAY stating that the product is genuine and everything is ok with it (surprisingly i don't know how they know that) and have rejected my claim. They have also mentioned in their reply that you many contact the seller directly and resolve the issue mutually. That is the only option that I have now.
