I have raised complaint against the product purchased in july n called multiple times and written so many mails. Not getting resolution n ebay is asking me to get in touch with seller. Seller also not reverting. Need refund against the dress purchased worth rs. 1899/-.

Pls look into this else i will be forced to write to consumer forum and ask for my money back.

I have purchase the product "philips az-1852/98 sound machine mp3/cd player (Silver)" item no.[protected] online from ebay on 01/07/2017 from their website “www.ebay.in” and from their seller gromo, address - moti marbles, 1st floor, bhagat singh nagar no.2 link rd, goregaon west mumbai 400104, telephone-[protected], invoice no. Gromo/[protected] dated 03.07.2017 rs. 2, 999/- with 9 month warranty. I have purchased this product specially to record some of my old cassettes (Audio tape) in mp3 format. At the time of booking product it was mentioned on ebay site that only remote of this unit is not working as the product is of “refurbished” category, but i found the product was totally defective, from the job card of service center of philips i. E. Shiva electronics, c-28, rdc, raj nagar, ghaziabad u. P. Phone no. [protected], [protected], after checking the product the service center in their job card dated 29.8.2017 mentioned about these problem (1) display panel (2) source selector switch (3) cd not playing (4) radio not playing (5) problem in cassette recording in mp3 and kept the product with them to repair and till now the product is with service center. I have lounge the complaint to ebay within a prescribed time through claim id: 3029275 with the request to refund my money back, but they said as the product is of “refurbished” category therefore they will not change it, when i tell them in offer the disclosed defect was only about “remote” but in actual the product was totally defected, despite of that not only they refuse to change it or agree to refund my money but now they have also stopped to reply me.in fact “ebay” in collusion with their seller “gromo” cheating the customer and it is a clear case of malpractice, when i asked to ebay for giving me the list of all customer who faced the same problem to understand the actual looted amount and number of cheated person but they did not provide it to me. The behavior of philips service center was also very bad and initially their service engineer sunil and owner vijay refused to take the product for service by finding so much problem. Therefore requesting you look into the matter and not only get back my money along with harassment compensation and transportation expenses but also take necessary action against them. I had ordered lenovo k6 power gold colour, however i received gray colour than to company seal broken. Kindly arrange to collect the your product and refund the amount.

Ebay has cheated and not attaining the complaint. Than to they had blocked my account so that i cannot register my claim.

We purchase mob. One plus 3 64gb. Vide ord no[protected] dt 23/1/17. Buyer is mansuri vadodara. Having two issues.
1. Color was not supplied as per commited. No solutions provided and matter closed.
2. Now mobile display has raddise spot appear on screen. Initially there was one but now they r many. Contacting seller since last 3-4 days and mail also sent but there are no response on phone nor on mail.

Pl do the needful.

Its been more than 5 years, i am working with ebay, though they are good with the payouts etc, but if there is any problem, the team never wants to do investigation and will close claim in buyer;s favor, taking investment of vendor for a ride...
General attitude problems as below:
One feels that the employees in ebay are programmed robots who are not willing to use their brains
The executives are rude and are not empathetic at all
Executives are lazy and are not willing to provide quick solution rather will linger the issues for months
The floor supervisors act pricy and refuse to talk to vendors
365 days every supervisor is on break at any time you call them
All of the supervisors will go on break together.
Executives are liards and lie that they have escalated the matter, gives false sr number that are not even escalated. Once i had a word with aman khan and he gave me some sr number saying my issue is escalated and then after some days i got to know it was a false sr number and he did not do any thing on that, he just marked my conversation with him with the given sr number. Despite of escalating with ebay, no action was taken against aman khan.
Executives openly admits that the due to technical drawback at their end, they make vendor to face loss.
For instance last month i shipped xiaomi redmi note 3, paisapay id [protected] and buyer claimed that he has rcvd a broken phone.
I replied the buyer that we have sent him a sealed pack product and have video recording as well as our office is under 24*7 cctv surveillance
Also the product is shipped under ebay powership...
Now ebay is not willing to watch the video recording and ebay does not owe explanation why they have approved claim in buyer's favor without investigating
When applied for sp, they have simply rejected the case saying our and buyer's concern is same and they as they don't have any facility to watch cctv surveillance, they will take buyer's favor and will reject our plea!!!
They are not willing to share if buyer has more solid proof than us or their lsp partner has proofs to prove that phone is not broken in transit.

More so some fraud cases they approve they dont pay the refund, we keep on chasing with the authorizes for moths and no one replies.

I got an damaged phon and charger i did claim also but they rejected my claim i tried to chat with custemer service but they wo't help me . Now what i do whith this broken charger and phone i used phon also it won't works correctly so pleas help me.

I bought a lenovo y50-70 laptop from a seller " shop-your-world_mmmlt " through ebay on 21st july for 108290. The model i ordered was lenovo y[protected] which has a 4700hq processor and gtx 860 gpu with a non touch matte display. But what i have received was a different model[protected] with 4720hq processor and gtx 960 gpu with touch display. This model has serious heating issues, display hinge break problem and due to touch display very poor viewing angle. On top of this, the description said it was a new laptop imported from us, but when i checked the lenovo site for warranty and it resulted as the warranty had expired two years back?

So i contacted the seller and asked for a refund, he said that he is ready to accept the laptop and issue a refund if i raise a claim in ebay. So i raised a claim regarding this on ebay, claim id : 3097916 paisapay id : [protected], they asked me to send the pictures of the product and specifications of the product. The claim was under process for 24 days, and i have spoke to them at least 30times, they promised to close the case on 08/09/2017 but suddenly my account got suspended mysteriously on 07/09/2017 and the claim has been closed. When i contacted the support team they said that the account was permanently suspended due to policy violations, when i asked them what was the policy i violated, they said that they cannot discuss that with me as it is a confidential information.. Wtf? Seriously? Ebay closed the account without proper reason to the account holder? I have been a customer for almost 3 years and they find me suspicious now?
I have contacted the seller, he said that he is willing to accept the product from me and issue a refund but it has to be through ebay only. So ultimately even if the buyer wants to accept a return, ebay wont allow this to happen, why? Because ebay has already disbursed the money to the seller and now it is easier for them to simply suspend my account and close the case instead of asking the seller to refund right? The ebay support team says i have to talk to the seller regarding the issue and sort it between ourselves. Then why the # should i buy through ebay? I have attached the images for proof. So now i have a laptop which i didn't want for ₹1, 08, 290. Thanks ebay.

Ordered olay total effects cream from ebay for my mom and she has informed me after couple of weeks o[censored]se that the cream has left her with side effects on her face skin went black (Burned skin) under the eyes where she applied the cream exactly and on seeing doctor he mentioned this is skin burn and treatment is expensive. I'm really angry with ebay and seller for selling fake products and literally playing with people lives. This is not only about refund or replacement of product now. I'm wanna raise a complaint on consumer court and as proof i have got remaining defective/fake product and doctor's prescription. I wanna make sure seller and ebay both should be punished and taken care at its best against my complaint. Not first case in my knowledge from ebay encountered with fake iphone 6 too. Cheaters.

Ebay india cheating it's customers on the name of online shopping. Selling product as new but when you open it's package it will be second hand used phone. Purchased iphone 5s one month back they shown movie cinema to return back item. Finally, they received item now cheating by not giving back my amount to my account. Utter time waste
I spent a lot of time in finding the kind of lap top that suited my requirement, searched online and like a fool
Placed an order on ebay on 30 august.
On 4th september blue dart courier delivered
Wrong product was delivered, there was a mismatch which made the product not usable,
Called the ebay help line the call center executive and her manager refused to register my complaint as their status showed to be shipped not delivered,
I was asked to register a complaint after72 hours!!! I thought ridiculous
Wrote to the seller cart2india_inv
I receive a reply
"sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I request you to kindly raise a claim under the ebay guarantee scheme and we will process the refund to you"
I was like send me the correct product instead.
Seller replies
We do not have the item in stock with us as of now..

As per their opinion, i again wrote ebay with the detail matter. Still now the ebay is saying the same thing. I can not use my money rs791. (See their reply attached here)

I have order Sony Bravia KLV32R302D from ebay.in on 11-Aug-2017. I have received the product on 18-Aug-2017. After opening the box I suspected that it is a fake product. The item is very delicate and seems like a local made television with the SONY Name. I have not find the serial number of the TV on any of the places.1) Not on the TV backside 2) Not on the Invoice 3) not on the Box and 4) There is no product information option inside the TV.

The same i conveyed to the seller on the same day. For the first time he said serial number available on BOX and second time said it is there on TV backside. It is not there. As per ebay guarantee policy i have raised a claim[protected] on 21-Aug-2017. Also the product mentioned in the website and the product i got are different.

Ebay customer care department also not giving an update other than we are contacting seller. Even the customer care people dont know the difference between seller and buyer. They have not responding.

I'm attaching the photos of the TV, invoice and the ebay messages between me and seller. The Item description mentioned in the website and which i received are two different.

Even i contacted the sony customer care to fix the wall mount, the representative also confirmed it not a original sony product.

Hello friends don't buy the products from the ebay.in. The all sellers are at ebay.in are selling the scraps which they purchased from other countries as a scrap. They are cheating the customers with their scraps. I purchased an led tv 50 inch from the seller lingoimpex of ebay.in with a year seller warranty. He sent me a defected tv without any invoice. After 4 months it has a vertical line on the display. The same i discussed with the seller thru mobile and thru ebay messages too. After all the discussions with the ebay customercare and the seller, the seller told me too send the tv to him. I did the same in the month of april. After somedays i contacted the seller abou the tv. He just said that it was under checking. The same answer i got from him for 3 or 4 times after approximately one and a half month. After that again he was asking for the invoice and the same old story begins again.

After that he is not responding to my calls and my messages.

I contacted the ebay customercare since 5 months. They told me that they are contacting the seller manually and will update after 72 hours.

They are telling the same 72 hours answer form 3 months.

I just purchased the tv because i trust the ebay not the sellers.

I have all the call recording of the customer care and as well as the seller and the ebay messages also.

So i'm planning to put up a case in the consumers court.
