Ordered olay total effects cream from ebay for my mom and she has informed me after couple of weeks o[censored]se that the cream has left her with side effects on her face skin went black (Burned skin) under the eyes where she applied the cream exactly and on seeing doctor he mentioned this is skin burn and treatment is expensive. I'm really angry with ebay and seller for selling fake products and literally playing with people lives. This is not only about refund or replacement of product now. I'm wanna raise a complaint on consumer court and as proof i have got remaining defective/fake product and doctor's prescription. I wanna make sure seller and ebay both should be punished and taken care at its best against my complaint. Not first case in my knowledge from ebay encountered with fake iphone 6 too. Cheaters.

Ebay india cheating it's customers on the name of online shopping. Selling product as new but when you open it's package it will be second hand used phone. Purchased iphone 5s one month back they shown movie cinema to return back item. Finally, they received item now cheating by not giving back my amount to my account. Please some one help me i unable to handle them.
They sold item they taken it back no money returned. You can search it's reviews 100 percent public shouting it's fraud but no action towards from govt on ebay india. Check this link

Utter time waste
I spent a lot of time in finding the kind of lap top that suited my requirement, searched online and like a fool
Placed an order on ebay on 30 august.
On 4th september blue dart courier delivered
Wrong product was delivered, there was a mismatch which made the product not usable,
Called the ebay help line the call center executive and her manager refused to register my complaint as their status showed to be shipped not delivered,
I was asked to register a complaint after72 hours!!! I thought ridiculous
Wrote to the seller cart2india_inv
I receive a reply
"sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I request you to kindly raise a claim under the ebay guarantee scheme and we will process the refund to you"
I was like send me the correct product instead.

We do not have the item in stock with us as of now..

I recently ordered battery for my mobile from ebay and i paid for it through debit card. But after 3-4days i received one package with cod of amount 599₹. There is no seller contact information mentioned on packaging not even seller name or product name and i just receive and chep bricked trimmer. I payed 599 rupees for these poor fake product and the ebay.in saying that they don't send product to me. Please help me in this case....

I purchased brief of 208rs and seller sent me the item of 160rs even it was under free shippinng...
I contacted seller and wrote "maximum retail price or mrp is the highest price at which the product can be sold in india. This includes the cost of production, transportation, middlemen profit and also all applicable taxes."
But still they are refused to help me and saying that they are not responsible in this case...

As per their opinion, i again wrote ebay with the detail matter. Still now the ebay is saying the same thing. I can not use my money rs791. (See their reply attached here)
In this concern, i need serious step against this company.

I have order Sony Bravia KLV32R302D from ebay.in on 11-Aug-2017. I have received the product on 18-Aug-2017. After opening the box I suspected that it is a fake product. The item is very delicate and seems like a local made television with the SONY Name. I have not find the serial number of the TV on any of the places.1) Not on the TV backside 2) Not on the Invoice 3) not on the Box and 4) There is no product information option inside the TV.

The same i conveyed to the seller on the same day. For the first time he said serial number available on BOX and second time said it is there on TV backside. It is not there. As per ebay guarantee policy i have raised a claim[protected] on 21-Aug-2017. Also the product mentioned in the website and the product i got are different.

Ebay customer care department also not giving an update other than we are contacting seller. Even the customer care people dont know the difference between seller and buyer. They have not responding.

I'm attaching the photos of the TV, invoice and the ebay messages between me and seller. The Item description mentioned in the website and which i received are two different.

Even i contacted the sony customer care to fix the wall mount, the representative also confirmed it not a original sony product.

Hello friends don't buy the products from the ebay.in. The all sellers are at ebay.in are selling the scraps which they purchased from other countries as a scrap. They are cheating the customers with their scraps. I purchased an led tv 50 inch from the seller lingoimpex of ebay.in with a year seller warranty. He sent me a defected tv without any invoice. After 4 months it has a vertical line on the display. The same i discussed with the seller thru mobile and thru ebay messages too. After all the discussions with the ebay customercare and the seller, the seller told me too send the tv to him. I did the same in the month of april. After somedays i contacted the seller abou the tv. He just said that it was under checking. The same answer i got from him for 3 or 4 times after approximately one and a half month. After that again he was asking for the invoice and the same old story begins again.

After that he is not responding to my calls and my messages.

I contacted the ebay customercare since 5 months. They told me that they are contacting the seller manually and will update after 72 hours.

They are telling the same 72 hours answer form 3 months.

I just purchased the tv because i trust the ebay not the sellers.

I have all the call recording of the customer care and as well as the seller and the ebay messages also.

So i'm planning to put up a case in the consumers court.

A usb charging cable was supposed to be part of the order, but i have not received it.
Why have i not received the usb charging cable???
The description on the website clearly states that usb charging cable will be part of the order.

I was not able to give the feedback or to raise a claim for this order.
If the usb cable is not received whithin 2 days, i will refuse to accept the next item i have ordered from ebay. I have already ordered another item from ebay, delivery of which is expected whithin 2 days. I will refuse to accept if the usb charging cable is not sent to me.

I want to lodge a complaint against ebay for cheating customers with bad quality of products, then further not resolving any issue/complaint made to them regarding bad quality of products
I had bought three items and had received bad quality of products, thus opened ebay claim. Following happened for three items.
The pillow received was torn hence i shipped it back, which ebay promised to pay the shipping charges as well, but they denied reception of the pillow, though receipts was provided to them
Then i received a fake skull candy headphones which again i courier it back and that too was rejected with above mentioned cause.
Third was a refurbished ambrane powerbank and i received an empty parcel with only one cable.

Ebay wants me to debate with this rogue seller wetrustindia what the outcome will be i know:- ebay will wave a protocol flag and get away scot free.

I appeal to this court to order ebay to refund my money as it is written in ebays terms and conditions, specifically about ebay guarantee on refund or replace, defective items bought from their sellers on ebay.

I ordered a phone refurbished lenovo zuk z1 on 09/08/2017. It was delivered on 21/08/8017. It was not working, it just stuck on boot. I took it to service centre, he just formatted the phone and phone is now working. But know no sim card is working (No service). I called ebay to return the product, they told me, no return available as per ebay policies and told me to go to service centre that it is in 6 month manufacturing warrenty. When i went to service centre, they told me that we will not repair this phone. Niether warrenty nor return. I dont know wgat to do now.

I had return aoc mobile and got return money rs 1490 as a coupon form. This was my money which i gave as a cash during purchase of the mobile.
Later i purchased a saree of rs699 among my rs1490 using that coupon form of my money.
My balance money is 1490-699=791
This is my balance money of cod but as a coupon form.

Now ebay cust care says i can not use or get my rs.791because coupon is one time useable.
My questions are-
1. My money why i cant use. Its not free coupon.
2.in the coupon sms only last date o[censored]sing coupon was mentioned but not mentioned "one time use".
3. During the purchase it was not mentioned "one time use" coupon then i could order my full amount.
4. Is there any fool who will loss his own money willingly?

What i want:
I need to use my rest of the money rs791 within 3 days otherwise i have to complain consumer forum, police, it crime cell of govt., rbi bank, banking ombersment, press-news channels and news papers with all call record and emails.

Several time in customer care but no satisfactory reply given by them. On dt.30//08/2017 requested. For refund. Of my money. No any action taken by their end. When i call to customer care of e bay. They directed. Me consult the seller.. When i called the seller. Seller advised me consult with currier.. When i ordered in ebay why consumer will consult with seller or currier company. It is fully responsibility of e. Bay. To look after the matter. And resolve the consumer problem. Hence pleas lodge my complaint and an action from your end is requested. Thanking you.. I have purchased samsung galaxy tab during the month of may-2017 vide the following pod no:[protected]. And now i have some issues in the tab when the tab has been plugged in power there is some problem its showing the charging status. And then one it has been plugged out charge is getting dropped immediately. Because, i couldn't able to use the tab. When this has been taken to service center they have confirmed that since this was bought in ebay they cannot do the repair in warranty.

I have necessary service center acknowledgement with me.

Hence, i need a justice towards to concern.
