The period given to me elapsed, none of your representatives contacted me regarding my demand draft and I gave up. If you go through your records, it's clear I didn't claim the stipulated amount which I intend to pursue now. I hope my request would be treated accordingly via other options different from demand draft.

    I had placed an order on 5th december 2016 via ebay.In. Since the order was not delivered to me, it was automatically cancelled from ebay side and on 13th december i got a mail that your refund has been initiated.But on 14th december, 2016 i got a mail by ebay that your refund request for item "amway nutrilite daily 120 tablets for healthy life"[protected] of rs. 1, 636.80 has been kept on hold by paisapay to gather more information and seller has put on hold the refund.Now from that time i had talked to their customer support 11 times. They have just given me the assurance that case will be solved but nothing has been done since.Today they have removed this order details from my ebay account now the order cant be seen in th account.They are just wasting time.Please help me out.       On 24/12/16 I have ordered a spare Battery For my Xiaomi Redmi 1S 1 S BM-41 2050mA for Rs.399/- (PaisaPay ID [protected]).
      Item was supplied on[protected]. It was a dead battery, not charging, showing 0% progress for more than an hour in the cell phone.
      Immediately I raised a claim (Claim ID.2593554). Parallel to claim with Ebay I emailed the incident to the supplier “little_angelss”.
      Even without cross checking with the customer they closed the file intimating me through an email with remarks: “We regret to inform you that after investigating the claim we are rejecting your eBay Guarantee* claim request”.

      Sir, please interfere to solve this case.

        Hello,

        I was selling on ebay.in with seller id shop_senorita and my paisa pay remittance was kept on hold due to KYC reason. I completed my KYC in Feb 2016 successfully, however still ebay.in has not processed my payment yet,

        Since Feb 2016 i have been following up with ebay.in seller customer support and everytime i am getting a promise which is still not fulfilled.

        I am now fed up and don't know how to recover my money. As a reason i am writing in this forum.

        I have written many email but i did not receive any single reply from these people.

        I want my money as i am in need of it.

        Request your intervention in getting back my money from these crooks

          I booked mobile on 29/12/2016. When i'm booking during editing my shipping address by mistake not changed pin code. So still i didn't get my product. They not telling proper solution to change pin code and get the material as soon as posdible. I want material to my bangalore address.               On 04/01/2016 went to Seagate service they are said it is OEM hardisc so it won't comes under manufacturer warranty. So later I was search in seagate warrany terms in seagate official page link added below, seller and eBay cheating us and what is use of eBay claim investigation without proper investigation? For support scam and frauds seller said its under manufacturer warranty and received product in in working condition so eBay scam us?

                I bought blue blazer from ebay .

                The colour of blazer I received was very different than shown in website.
                The colour of buttons i received was red which was not shown in pic on website.
                The box container of blazer having price 1096 and O bought it for 2600.

                After refund raise ebay asked me to talked with seller . Seller is saying change buttons from your side .
                Seller is not accepting fact that colur is diffrent and ebay says we are not responsible for refund if seller does not agree.

                This very pathetic service by Ebay.I have attached replies from seller.

                  I bought one product from ebay (LCD display.). I received this item as nonworking condition and after that i requested from return.                         I was told that I will get 2 New Sony Sbh20 Headset 1099/piece at total 2198.
                        Today on 31st December I got the delivery of these items, But they are duplicates.
                        I compared these items with original Sony Sbh20 Bluetooth headset and I found that I was given duplicate Sony headsets.
                        One of the two headset is not in working condition.
                        So my humble request to you please take proper action for this.
                        And ensure that I get original Sony Bluetooth headset.

                        Hi I would like to add on this complaint, As i also face similar issue.
                        eBay seller is selling the duplicate product and when claim was raise, it was declined by eBay.

                        I want my money back. Simply wasting time and effort and harassing the buyer.

                          My registered mobile number is [protected] and email is [protected]@hotmail.com.
                          I purchased the item 'Moto G4 Plus 4th Gen. 32 GB (Black) with Manufacturer Warranty' on 16/11/2016 making payment through my debit card and the item was delivered on 22/11/2016. When I started using the phone several issues cropped up one after another. They are1) the charger was sometimes not working properly and I found the charger looking different from the original charger design my other friends have 2) The finger print hardware showing not working 3) the phone was hanging frequently and the keypad not displaying 4) the quick turbo charging as promised in features not working etc., I thought I could take the item to Motorola service centre and get the problems fixed, as the item is sold with 6 months Manufacturer Warranty as displayed in the Description of the product . When I called Motorola customer support number[protected] and enquired about the Manufacturer Warranty as claimed by ebay in the product description I was told that Motorola has no policy to support any of their products sold through Ebay. I enquired the Motorola authorized service centers and they too said that they cannot give warranty to phones sold through ebay and they can give warranty to their products sold only through Amazon and Flipkart.
                          So now I find that ebay and its seller has given a FALSE PROMISE of SIX MONTHS MANUFACTURER WARRANTY whereas the manufacturer Motorola has refused to offer the warranty. I request the concerned Indian authorities to take action against ebay and arrange to refund my money..

                            As on 14 th december ordered the phone in the ebay, amount of 35999 debited from account but ordered dint get any info on the same, wen conatacted customer care they informed amnt has been debited and went as missing transaction and we will crediting within 72 hours after that also dint means it will be credited to 7 hours, , , , so after 10 days called they told on 28 th december we will refund the amount, but its alraeay 15 days no response and no money credited, even submitted the password for the statement also amnt dint refunded

                              Hi i am writing this here because even after multiple chats and contacts i am getting the same response from ebay that wait for 72 hours its been 1 month and 6 days ebay hasnt refunded my hard earned money i want an explanation for the same

                                Purchased Casio Sheen watch worth INR 3200 from Ebay, delivered on 21 Dec 2016. Product is duplicate, contacted Casio Legal team, and they confirmed Ebay not authorized to sell its product. When contacted for collection of product and refunding of money, using delaying tactics ...upload image, we will contact in 48-72 hrs...clear case of: (a) Cheating the customer, (b) Trademark/Copyright infringement. Kindly help in getting this resolved and get our money back at the earliest. Today they have rejected the claim, stating they wont resolve quality issue.

                                  I placed an order for a "la opala coffee mug set" on 4th december 2016.
                                  It was delivered on 10th december but in broken state. The handle of the tea pot was broken.
                                  After various attempts to get a replacement or refund from the seller, nothing was done.
                                  We did file a complaint but the customer care said that they have closed the complain after talking to us but we never received a call.

                                    I had Purchased iPhone SE on 8/12/16 from eBay, due to some shipment issue seller has not sifted the iPhone, I had called eBay customer care no.[protected] for refund for than 10 times, every time they said with in 48 or 72 hours will get the refund, but till date they are not process for the refund as per the discussion with customer today, again they are saying it will take more than 72 hours. Sir they are mentally harassing me and I'm not in a position to buy new phone until I get the refund.
