I had bought an iphone 5s mobile with one year replacement guarrentee from ebay. whem the product came it was faulty and within a month its wifi n bluetooth stopped working. I sent it for replacement and after a month they send another mobile..this mobile also stopped working after 20 days and after 1 month of sending it back i am still waiting for the replacement.

No solution of my complaint till date...i have sent around 10 emails to ebay still i recieved a msg saying they are closing my case...this is outrageous...my phone has been confiscated by the seller...n despite warrenty ebay is not entertaining my requests...i have no option left but to go to consumer court now...

    I ordered a pokemon y ntsc nintendo 3ds game on ebay... On 17 th september... I saw a picture in the description while ordering it was the picture of a european version of pokemon y game so i ordered it... My delivery reached me on 27 th september... I paid cash on delivery... When i opened the box i saw that the product i saw while ordering was not delivered to me instead an american version of pokemon y game was delivered to me... I though by mistake the packaging might be wrong... As it is so reputed company... T might happen... So i opened the seal and saw the product inside is also incorrect so i issued a claim for refund... But ebay said its not its fault as sellers fault the seller is parthiban (Reni mart) no.[protected]. And ebay advised me to contact the seller... So i did so. I sent two email with pictures and said for replacement but they said me that replacement is unavailable as the european version of pokemon y game is not available inspite of they gave the picture of an european version of pokemon y in the description... So i said for refund... But they are saying now that the full refund is not available as i opened the seal... Instead it was there fault as they gave the wrong picture of the product in the description, they delivered the wrong product... So my request is to give me full refund as it was not my fault they gave wrong picture of the product in the description, they delivered the wrong product... It was there fault... I opened the seal as i have seen such cases that the packaging is wrong but the product inside is correct.
    The first picture i uploaded is the picture i saw during ordering the product and the second picture i send is the product i got delivered... Sorry! I culd not attach the actual picture of the delivered product as the size of the image is 4.96 mb and the max size here is 2 mb...

    i am very disappointed with ebay ...the same thing happened with amazon for one order i placed they gave me full refund within 7 days even i opened the seal.

      Dear sir/mam,
      I ordered two products on dated 24sep which was supposed to deliver on 30th sep. Though many times i contacted the customer care but they have no answer.
      I feel like been cheated.
      I made full payment of rs 1029 on dated 24th sep.
      They are cheating the people if they have no stocks then ewhy havent thgey removed that item from the website.
      They are just utilizing our money into their business.
      Besides many times i contacted but they still have no timeline to deliver my product and asking 48 hours to just respond on my complaint.

      Today morning I got message from Ebay team that I will get my delivery by 18th Oct.
      If you have no stocks then why didnot you removed that item from your portal.

      This is really surprising the courier company once confirmed that they will deliver the parcel on 30th Sep but later once I called they confirmed that this has been kept on hold by seller.
      I dont understand your business model.
      Once I have paid full amount then why have you hold my items?
      I guess you are flashing wrong tracking report along with Courier company to fool around the customers.

        On 15th aug i ordered a product which was to be delivered to us by 20th aug after 20th aug i raised claim because the shipment tracking showed it was stuck in some warehouse finally i got the product on 1st aep and the packing so poor also when we opened the item it was not described as it was on the website there is no way to tell i[censored] are missing parts or not. 2nd sep i called ebay to file a refund they said i was get a call in three days no one called after a week i called again this time the supervisor said please contact seller directly for refund i told them that's is what ebay is suppose to do. She again said she will get a call back till 30 sep i didn't get a call. All of a sudden i get a mail for feedback this is the time i write an email telling my experience after few mail rude exchanges i told them i would file a case against them i got an email saying you can't threaten us and that i have been using this product for 30 days which i have not and kept it as it is. When i asked them why there was a delay in delivery they said speak to ebay about late delivery. When i called by the same day they promised a call back which is still not happened. I want to take them to the court and get registered i want the refund.

        I have received phone which was unlocked, i called seller he ask to resend, i done and followed ebay advised.New phone i received is also not working.Ebay says its out of warranty and seller not receiving the phone.Its completely cheating from ebay, i have put trust on ebay not on seller.Its ebay who is responsible for this.

            Apple iphone 5s-32gb

            I bought the apple iphone 5s-32 gb from ebay.in last year 2015 december. I was told that the phone is new, which is an used phone later i confirmed from iphone customer service after purchasing. Moreover the phone is not an indian copy so i am not able to get any warranty under the apple iphone servicing norms. This all facts was hidden by ebay.in and now i am not able to get servicing and i have to suffer as i cant use the phone anymore...

            Sir, i had order to ebay for mobile handset i-phone 5s on dt 23.9.16 vide order no. [protected] & the delivery committed on 29.9.16 but they did not deliver my order after transfer the amount to seller and after 29.9.16 they cancel my order also. So, my complaints is that they are not able to deliver my item than why the item show at their site & payment take in advance??

            This is my humble request to you please resolve my complaint & take strict action against ebay for this fraud.

              Hi,

              I have ordered digital dining set from ebay on 24th august 2016 which is delivered to me on 11th september 2016 but was in damaged condition so i open a case for same in ebay and mailed photos also. They arranged reverse pickup on 11th september 2016 via bluedart courier tracking awb # [protected] its not accepted by seller as per conversation with ebay customer care. Its been almost one n half month of wait n follow up of product but seems nothing is happening from ebay guarantee department. Please help me to get my refund.

                      I have purchased the above mentioned imported phone around 9 months back. It was working perfectly till few days back and suddenly there was some software problem on it. When I tried to update the software of it there was big shock about this product. This product was sold to me by mentioning that it is N9005 model number but actually it is N900A AT&T model not N005 which has many limitations on using it outside USA. What seller has did is he has installed N9005 model software by some trick on N900A AT&T phone which was actually not N9005. And when anyone check by going in phone details it shows N9005. When I tried installing N9005 software after the problem occurs it simply denied taking that software and mentioned that it is N900A AT&T model so I can't install N9005 software on it. After that I have checked the phone's recovery option and shocked to see that It is actually a N900A AT&T model not N9005 model. I don't know that who is actually involve in this fraud "seller" or "ebay" or "both". But I will escalate this matter till consumer court and ask for refund as well as a big penalty for this serious fraud if I will not get any resolution immediately. I know that claim raising time is already over but it is not about any hardware or software issue it is related to cheating which is done by ebay and the seller. I am a regular buyer of ebay and bought many products from it. I have faced few problems during my shopping history but those were resolved and was not that serious. But this is a serious concern as this time it's actually fraud. I have tried calling customer care(Ms. Rashi) but no satisfactory response from her. Request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for the reversal as soon as possible. Otherwise I need to take further steps and file a legal case against ebay. I will take every single penny back from ebay spent on the product as well as legal expenses.

                            I Have purchased a product on EBay with Paypaisa ID [protected]
                            The Seller didn't delivered the product but istead put the refund request generated by paypaisa on HOLD.

                            Since 11 days it is on hold and none of the ebay executives are bothered to check it and 20 days since i put my order.

                            Repeatedly calling customer care and talked upto team lead but apart from taking extension of 48 hours they dont have any answer.

                            Really dissapointed and frustated with the ebay service. Never had such a bad online shoping experine thanks to ebay for first of its kind.
                            Sure to have more if continue to buy on ebay which i am least interested now.

                            Already raised my complains at ebay.
                            Looking for my refund and others means for sure i am not going to take the pain anymore.

                              My name is aprajita raj. I purchased a sony vaio original import laptop adapter battery charger 19.5v 4.7a from ebay.in on 2nd of september, 2016 from lapstar technologies. The name of the consignor is rahul r jain.
                              Now that charger is not working. I have the receipt with me. My invoice no. Is 5286/16-17.
                              My request is that either you provide me with a new charger or refund my money.

                                I order mi 3s prime mobile phone on eBay.in the product was delivered in 1 day. That product was very lowest class product received because that mobile was do the problems in 1 day then I was go to service center and there Redmi service center resolve that problem. Then after 2 days same problem was created plus camera also not working. So I call to eBay for help eBay. After 5 days eBay said that not company policy. So why you give that type of product Redmi also not me and eBay also not help the were I go

                                  Refer the below points:

                                  1. to sell our products in india, one should have permission and completed other formalities from "the central drugs standard control organisation (ministry of health)" under drug and cosmetic act 1945. without permission selling our products is not legal.

                                  2. our products are meant for bed ridden patients and sold on pharmacy in us also.

                                  3. we already got intimation from health ministry to comply their guidelines, otherwise it can create problem for buyer and seller both.

                                  4. our legal already taken independent action with suppliers already.

                                  5. quickly ask your team to de-list all products from ebay of above products unless required formalities are completed.

                                    I have received this product on 29/09/2016 in morning the same day i have check the quality of earphones its really very poor sound quality like 100 rs earphone i have spent 500 (449+50 delivery charges) rs on this but i am disappointing with this even i have claimed for refund on same date 29/09/2016 but till now no action has took.

                                    I request ebay to refund my money & take there product back

                                      This is w. R. T my refund of a defective item that i had received last month. I'm forced to post this after repeatedly calling ebay customer service for atleast 10-18 times this month, with no luck. This is not just about the money, but the rude, impolite, unprofessional and insincere behaviour from the customer service agents and supervisors. I have recordings for most of these conversations and also the names of agents and supervisors that i've dealt with, over the last few weeks.

                                      * i had ordered a meat grinder paisapay id [protected] on 19-08-16.

                                      * i received a damaged item and raised a claim with ebay on 25-08-16. Claim id is 22671700.

                                      *the seller sent me a replacement part on 27-08-16 and ebay closed the claim.

                                      *on fitting the replacement part, i realised the product is faulty. It wouldn't work as designed.

                                      *on 5-09-16, i contacted ebay support and the agent advised me to send the product back to the seller through courrier. Also, he promised me that ebay will refund the product cost and courrier charges to my account in next 6 - 8 working days.

                                      *i sent the product back to the seller on 6-09-16 by professional courrier (Tracking: kod1105325). As per the agent's advise, i also send all the details along with a copy of the courrier bill to '[protected]@ebay.com'.

                                      It has been 24 days now and no action has been taken by the ebay guarantee team. I had contacted the seller multiple times (By phone and email) and he confirmed that he received the product and is ready to refund. But it has to happen through ebay.

                                      Everytime i call the support regarding this, the agents as well as the supervisors promised me a callback by eod or in the next 48 hours, which never took place. A few of them were extremely unprofessional and rude and even disconnected the call when i enquired about the false promises in the last few calls.

                                      The last supervisor i spoke to (Nidhi) promised me on our first interaction that the refund had already been initiated and i would receive a confirmation email or call from ebay before eod, which obviously did not happen. When i called her the second time, she rudely denied ebay's resposibility in this matter. She told me that ebay could do nothing in this matter and i have to deal with the seller directly. I was forced to threaten her that this call was being recorded and was to be send to higher authorities. Only then, did she immediately change her stance towards me. She called the seller while i was on hold confirmed receipt and agreement to refund the product. At this point i was again promised a callback from the refund team in 72 hours.

                                      On 26-09-16 i reluctantly called nidhi again, after 96 hours. She had no answer as to why there was no action and renewed her false promise of callback before 6.30pm.

                                      Today is the 30th and ebay has proved me how valuable its customer is. A complete lack and utter neglect o[censored]nderstanding and resolving a simple issue!!!
