[Resolved] Ebay.in — no refund/replacement for defective product

This is regarding the purchase of programmable time i had purchased from ebay (India):[protected]. Lebhile is the seller from ebay. He is not providing any support as well. It is not the first time that we recieved the same defective product. It is the second replacement. Such defective products are being sold by him and despite complaining about it to ebay, nothing happened and as a result our money is gone in vain and end result is that we are sitting with the defective timer.
