[Resolved] Ebay.in — not getting my refund even after complaining several times | |||
I have order playstation from ebay but due to technical error i reshipped it. Since then 4 months have passed but i have not received my money despite complaining to their customer care many time. They have a money back guarantee scheme of 1 month. Claim id -3158146. Every time i called them they told me to wait for 10 days but it was also of no use. I have talked to their senior executive also but she also ask for 10 days and then also i didn't got my money refunded. I have lost all hopes of geeting my money back and i suggest everyone not to shop on this site ebay. Was this information helpful? | |||
